Once they fill up the empty sites here, this will be a better place. Currently, I think it looks too abandoned with the obviously empty grocery store looming over an empty parking lot. Just like the empty Borders location in Manassas on Bulloch Dr. It’s an eye sore. Hopefully somebody will put it to use soon and we’ll all have another place to check-in!

Somerset Crossing is a shopping center located in Gainesville, VA at the intersection of U.S. 29 and Somerset Crossing Drive. There are quite a few restaurants here. Some of my favorites include: China Inn, Bonefish Grill, and Musashi Japanese Steakhouse. There is also a new Kabob place(which I have yet to try), a Ledo Pizza, Glory Days Grill, and coming soon — a new Vietnamese place: Phở Ha Linh. You’ll also find a jewelry shop, hair salon, dry cleaner, Snap Fitness, a Bank, gas station/convenience store — and a few other shops.
