New ductwork. A great job, done right the first time, with no drama, and at a fair price. Other businesses could learn a lot from these guys. Will definitely use again.

I really like this company. They have a great front office staff and the technician that repaired my AC was very very good. The tech’s name is Dean. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He was easy to talk to and he explained my repair options very well. He had great attention to detail. All wires were neatly tied and safely put away. I would recommend this company to friends.

My long-​term experience with this company has been professional, appropriate, responsive, good price, etc.
Good for regular servicing (annual) and emergency issue response.
However at a recent regular service I noted a potential problem (pump sound that has been getting worse) and then had them back soon for a follow-​up call-​back (sound was even worse)… They said it was the pump but said I should wait to replace it (ie. when the unit stopped working). But the noise got progressively louder so I used my home warranty and used another company and they quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the pump (covered by the warranty), problem solved.
However, I prefer Ray French for their customer service, professionalism and appropriate behavior, etc. I will still use them if I have an emergency situation and need prompt response.
