This store is horrible. Every single time I’ve been there Looking for something they either don carry it or it’s three times as expensive as any other place. The manager is rude for no reason. I really hope RadioShack goes out of business soon

This Radio Shack is no less than impressive. Their knowledge is great and they really try to help solve a problem.
The impressive part of this Radio Shack is their treatment of all customers as equals. I have witnessed the calm, collected way in which the staff interacts with a great variety of people. There are plenty of people who have come to this store with a less than polite mindset. Each time, the professionalism and courtesy of the management and crew prevails.

Noticed similar treatment at other Radio Shacks. Avoid them when possible. seem to me when employees sell only elecronic items they should know a little about them. Last trip to our local Shack to buy an advertised digital camera. My favorite is hiding! Like the type with cheap AA batteries. The one I wanted was on sale and took cards we have and AA batteries… So I was told. None in stock anyway. Went home and checked on-​line. Nope, takes expensive rechargeable battery. Bought what I wanted in similar camera at another place. —-This is only my opinion. I may be wrong and get confused because of my age and lack of education. — — - Note: I have never been to the Gainesville Radio shack. Did not want to make others think I was talking about it.
