Q Spa & Nails

This is hands down, THE PLACE to meet all your nail needs. I’ve gone to all of the other nail salons in town and after going to Q, I would never go back to any of the other places. I’m always very happy with the finished product. The staff works hard to accommodate each person individually. They are all very friendly! Everything is super clean and inviting! It’s a nice atmosphere!

I started going here a few months ago because I kept seeing and hearing great reviews. Their nails look wonderful. I’ve gotten pedicures, regular manicures, gel and acrylic all on different occasions. Everyone is super nice and There is no wait. The prices for the most part are reasonable. I am done going here now after my experience a few days ago… I wanted to take a break from my acrylic nails and just got a manicure. Easy enough right? This lady gets one of the nail tips they use for a new set and used it to pull my old nails off. She used it to jar them off of my nail beds and literally ripped them off. I just took the regular polish off at home because it’s already chipping (as expected) and I noticed one of my nails was hurting rather bad. Once I was able to see it, it is very damaged and bruised. This is absolutely not acceptable. I also noticed that all of the licenses on the walls are several years expired. This is not how nails are to be taken off. They are supposed to be soaked and dissolved in acetone. Please save yourself the pain and don’t go here. I’m going elsewhere from now on. Who knows how long it’ll take my nails to heal now.
