I asked two times before my physical check-​up in December 2014 if my insurance covered some monetary aspects of my appointment. I was assured both times that I was insured and wouldn’t even have to pay a a co-​pay. Before I left I asked one more time if they were positive, and I was assured that I was «good to go».
Dr. Dudas was rude about my body choices and my mental health. I asked what tests they were going to run but she didn’t pay much attention to my complaints, questions, or discomfort. Dr. Dudas spent more time giggling about other topics with the other nurse that was in the room. I didn’t feel comfortable with nor did I give consent for her to be in the room with us. I don’t know if a nurse is mandatory or not, for I was not even informed of that. She did not listen to my complaints, she did not take me seriously, she made me feel uncomfortable and verbally attacked. She belittled everything I said with condescending tones.
Now, in March 2015, I am informed with a phone call that I have a bill of $ 372+. After inquiring about my insurance two times before the exam and once after… that just upsets me to no end.
I also had bad experiences in 2012 with Dr. Wagner with her being too pill-​happy and wanting to put me on depression medication for simply stating that a coupe of things in life had me feeling a little bit down.
They are quick to judge and quick to prescribe.
