From the first call to this medical practice I was put on a hold for a length of time so I hung up. I called back and got a non native English customer service rep who was patient but not particularly efficient and we got through the process to make an appointment for the next day. I had a referral. I arrived and the receptionist was a little cold and bossy. I sit down to do the paperwork because as we all know we are never finished until the paperwork is done at a GI office. Then the young ladies started a little charade to amuse themselves while they did their jobs. It was offensive to me. I would rather get treated by the veterinarian at OHANA that have great customer service and professionalism. They cared about my dog and even followed up to see how she was doing. The waiting room was all ready packed with bout 8 to 10 patients. Go to this practice at your own risk.
