Stopped in to pick up a small arrangement to take to my boyfriend’s family, who I was meeting for the first time. The young woman who helped me was fast, helpful and courteous. She showed me a few arrangements that had been made in the morning and added additional color per my request. It turned out great and the price was very reasonable.

I received flowers and balloons as a gift and they were gorgeous. I was so excited and they definitely put a smile on my face until the driver called back and advised that I was not supposed to get the balloons and that he would have to come and get them back! It honestly ruined the gesture and made me feel sad and a little ungrateful for what I actually got. I called back and explained what happened and they didn’t offer anything for there mistake except an insincere apology. I would never do business with them, they ruined what could’ve been a special moment. Find a florist that checks orders before they are delivered, NOTAFTER!

Our restaurant always does roses for Valentine week. Each year one of my mangers picks a location and does the order. This year she decided on using Gainesville Flowers. We were suppose to pick the flowers up on Sunday, but they were closed. I will take the blame for that miscommunication, but upon entering the establishment on Monday my manager was ignored while a florist spoke on the phone for over 10 minutes. We were never acknowledged and finally when we were the girl was rude when we asked about the solution that preserves the flower. All in all. we work at a restaurant and know customer serves, and i dislike when people write reviews on here, but i hope Gainesville Flower reads this and does better. Maybe it was a one time thing((i hope)), but it just did not sit well with us.
