Rip off! On the phone the owner asked me to select a package from options listed online and I saw that it would be over $ 250 to make my car «look like new» with full detail and hand wax. The paint was oxidized in places. I made an appointment and took it over there but a different guy working that day told me it would be $ 375 for the work because he’d have to to buff it down in the oxidized areas. He also gave me a not so great vibe, I felt very uncomfortable. So I left. I took my car to Sowell’s on Main St. I’d seen that business there for years. Turns out it’s a family business for about 30 years. Mr. Sowell explained the exact same process he would use to do a full detail and take care of the oxidization but charged… $ 175! Great experience and service at Sowell’s. Go there instead!

I bought the first Groupon they published thinking it’d be nice to get the truck cleaned and try these folks out for a good price. I called and we scheduled an appt for that Friday. Friday came and noone showed up… so I called and called and finally got an answer via text msg that they had me down for the next Friday. So I arranged my schedule as best I could to make that work. Well, that Friday came and went and I heard from noone once again… so I called and texted and emailed and finally heard back that one of the employees had not shown up for work that day. So we rescheduled again for the NEXT Friday… and yet again, noone shows up, noone calls, nothing… so I call and email the owner and he actually had the gall to accuse me of smearing him on Facebook for placing the above description on there. I replied and told him that he can still make this right if his guys come out and do a good job or he can refund my $ and my opinion of them will stay the same. He replied that some other guy would contact me the next week to get it set up. Well, I never heard from that guy or the owner again (despite emailing the owner another time). So I had to contact Groupon and get them to refund my payment.
Extremely disappointing and I sacrificed way too much of my time to get 3 appointments scheduled and then to follow up on each of them repeatedly.
From what I have found out researching this company since, it is one of many owned by the same guy and most of his employees are hired «as needed»…so that doesn’t sound terribly reassuring about their abilities…
Such a disappointment…
