What a wonderful experience!
I am (or was), someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist. I had several bad experiences as a child and an adult, so needless to say, my anxiety level is usually through the roof when it comes to having any kind of procedure done. So much so that I waited two years between cleanings.
I had two small cavities filled here and it was the first time I had ZERO pain. The numbing cream for the shot is amazing, barely felt the needle at all. Dr. Lozano has a great bedside manner and I think that helps immensely. He doesn’t make you feel silly or over reactive if you need more Novocain, an issue I’ve had with other dentists. You really get the feeling that YOU the patient are his primary concern.
So excited to find a dentist that I can trust. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has ever been nervous about dental work. If I move away I don’t know what I’ll do!
