Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst breakfast ever. They are even worst than Taco Bell. Also you have to go at a certain time and a certain location just to get the right person to make your coffee because 8 out of 10 times the coffee does not taste good. With a franchise so old you would think that they would do better in these areas. I hate when I go there to pay for food and coffee and I leave disappointed. DO BETTER DUNKIN’ DONUTS!!!

any coffee for $ 1 in the afternoons is hard to beat.
parking is difficult and getting out is worse.
when i was there, there were four complaints about broken cones.
each time the staff acted like they never heard it before.
hmmmm they didnt get a deal at the dollar store on cones, maybe.
my ice cream fell on the floor because my cone broke, and i jokingly asked for a dish to put it in, which they handed to me. when i asked if they could tell that i was joking they said THIS time we can give you another ice cream

Dunkin donuts is Dunkin donuts. The drive through is set up so that if there’s more than 3 cars in the driveway you can’t get in line without blocking the street. They could probably just speed up to solve the problem. Also, they «forgot» our entire order and then complained to us about how busy they were. The workers were very friendly.
Also, the latte they made was really just milk.

It’s by fair the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. They repeatedly fail to deliver quality food and drinks and the management is terrible. I only come back because of its proximity to where I live.
If you’re looking for fast breakfast food, but aren’t concerned about quality, this may work for you but honestly you should probably keep looking for something else because if there’s more than 3 orders going at once, you’ll be there for about 30 minutes. Has happened to me on multiple occasions.
Each time I go back I am optimistic that it will be great, but I find it’s always a disappointment. Don’t bother with this location.

Charging prices that don’t match the menu board. The staff said we raised our prices I just work here.

I enjoy the iced coffee here when I do not want to spend $ 10 on Starbucks but their customer service is awful! Every time I have come thru the drive-​thru, the person sounds like they would rather be anywhere other than at work. Very rude, attitude. My iced coffee is never mixed completely so when I get that first drink, it’s straight sugar coming up the straw. I’m always rushed and have the things shoved in my face. I always make sure to say my please and thank yous because I know customer service jobs are not always fun but seriously… no eye contact and no you’re welcomes. Very frustrating! The lady with red hair and glasses is the worst.
I’ve had one nice person and I wish I had caught his name — he has tattoo sleeves. I seriously wish they would do something about this location!

I wanted to be different and try dunkin, I mean doesn’t America run dunkin? I could see that, America is going down the drain so being fueled by this horrible establishment explains everything. The staff are probably made to eat the dumpster trash they call food, because they all seemed really angry. The window clerk seriously got angry because I ordered more than three things. The entire reason I visited this place was to try the iced coffee, and they some how found a way to mess that up. They put way too much sugar in something that didn’t need sugar, the donuts I asked for came in a paper bag and looked and felt like cardboard. I am pretty sure they just picked them up off the floor, after letting them sit for weeks. I would not recommend this place.

I hate to add to the bad reviews… but!
I just went in and asked for the new sundae that was in the poster because it looked delicious (and I assumed they wanted to sell some of them) but the lady behind the counter just cringed and said she didn’t know how to make that and just looked at me like I was stupid. Yes, I’m the stupid one for going in there in the first place!

I love Dunkin Donuts! But this location is consistently bad. They go through staff frequently, which means I see new faces alot who never get my iced coffee tasting just right. Service is very slow inside, pretty quick in drive thru through. Hopefully they get some staff soon that will stick around and blossom so I can satisfy my iced coffee fix. :)

Fast food place that takes full ownership of its style: fast food and gross. Microwave grilled cheese is all I have to say. The simplest grilled sandwich can be ruined by «this» Dunkin Donuts.
With over 5 employees available to make a good grilled cheese, but no one cared enough. This case it’s not the actual corporation, I blame the quality of management at this store.

I would give 3 or 4 stars.
But when we got there at 9pm at night (closing time) and when buying a few donuts for the family. They were throwing out the entire stock of remaining donuts. When I questioned the person why? asking why don’t you put them on sale at 50% off at 8:30pm or donate them to a food shelter? The answer I got was this is corporate policy and he has to throw them away or he’ll get in trouble.
This is just plain bad corporate and management responsibility. Notice to the owners. You need to at least donate the remaining donuts to the hungry instead of throwing them away !!

One of the worst stops if using restrooms. Lack of supplies and water all over the floor. Staff too busy to take care of it.

Always love going to dunkin donuts no matter where it is. They have better donuts than Krispy Kreme for me. And I love their coffee as well and it’s even cheaper than the coffee of sb!

This store is consistently poor on service. They think gator game days are the perfect time to have regular workers train their new managers. They serve burnt bagels and croissants and tell customers there is nothing wrong with it. Don’t get new breakfast burrito either it’s only 3″ long. So about $ 1.50 per bite.
