IMHO, If you are a first-​time homebuyer… keep looking for a more respectable realtor. This firm isn’t it. We lost our dream home AND our $ 1,000 «good faith» money due to misleading assurances about the ease of financing, poor communication & confusing paperwork. Despite all the promises, our realtor did NOT act in our best interest, nor was she an advocate for us. She was just worried about an easy deal & her commission… period. Best part of the whole experience? The Owner/​CEO/​Broker was happy to commiserate with us on the phone, offered some half-​hearted apologies… but still chose NOT to make our situation right. SPEAKS VOLUMES about how much they value their professional image & reputation.

Claire Jacobson was great to work with. She is personable, honest, straight-​talking, detail-​oriented, and motivated. She’s an excellent communicator and provided realistic expectations to us. Once we established the details of the listing, Claire took care of everything. She gave us weekly updates and kept in contact every step of the process. There was no stress or hassle on our end. We appreciate the effort she put into this process. Highly recommended. She takes nice listing photos, too.
