Stay away. Police were on site multiple times during my short time at the Boardwalk. I didn’t feel safe. Not worth the rent. And from what I hear, they’ve raised the rent significantly since I moved out last year but they haven’t made any improvements. The walls are paper thin and you can always hear everything around you. My two bedroom apartment didn’t have a laundry room and it was always a hassle finding available laundry machines when I needed it. The new employees they hired were much friendlier and more helpful than former ones. I think the management has had some turnover recently. I put in multiple work orders during my short time there, including a toilet that was leaking. It took them, no exaggeration, two months to come fix it finally. No they didn’t pay me back for the ridiculous water bill I had while waiting for then to fix the leak. The utilities were always outrageous actually, which makes me think they split it between everyone in the building. So glad I’m out of there.

Pros: The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Rent is affordable. The apartments are spacious and close to a bus stop, which is good for students. Cons: The neighborhood is loud and somewhat dangerous. I hear fights outside my bedroom window and the police often have to intervene. My neighbors sell drugs and shout during all hours of the day. I’ve had things stolen from my apartment.

I just moved here about 2 months ago, but my wife has been here for almost 7months. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is super friendly and nice. The apartments are a little old and have their small problems. However the maintenance guy is super fast and works awesome. This place has a swimming pool, tennis courts, tanning bed, and small cardio area. I simply love how close to Campus it is.
