I called this place to see about getting minor repairs on my sewing machine and the woman was so rude. She was this uptight Paula Dean who was really short and snappy with me. All I wanted to ask was how much it would be to adjust the tension, but she kept snapping, «bring it in for a free estimate.» Getting nowhere, I finally asked how much a tune up would be. She said 99 dollars and up, which is about how much my machine cost brand new. I think this rude Paula Dean wannabe needs a tune up of her phone manners. I would never bring my sewing machine here.
