Jet’s Pizza

Wife and I tried the deep dish 8 corner. I thought it was pretty decent. I liked the crispy edges that the crust and cheese made. A touch oily but not enough to be overwhelming.
A good pie on first visit. Ill have to have a it a few more times and update my stars on it.

Ok, so I’m here on a business trip and wanted a little something to eat. Even after reading the reviews I decided to try anyway — bad choice! I obtained the 10% coupon only to find out I couldn’t use it. The young lady that took my order over the phone says, «We only accept the coupons from our the „baseball“ card.» I have no idea what that is so I asked her to cancel my order. A manager calls me back and says he «was outside and heard the call and wanted to try to clarify what happened.» He tells me because the «bigfold» I ordered already applied a discount he couldn’t apply the 10%. BUT the discount wasn’t a discount and the price difference was pennies — literally like .10! No thank you — too much trouble for a pizza!

As anyone on here can see, there is a 10% off check in coupon. First off the Manager, Nick, who is there now, November 25^th 2014 @ 645pm, said that he has never heard of Unilocal before, really? I tell him to look it up on a smart phone and I’ll call back, because the coupon DOES exist. I call back, and he said, it’s funny but I see no such offer! This manager doesn’t trust the customer and forgot that the customer is always right. I guess this doesn’t apply with pizza store managers. We will go to Giant Eagle instead tonight. Thanks for nothing Jets!

The pizza here is pretty good. I always get pepperoni and cheese. I love the thick crust that they have. I’ve always received a perfectly cooked product and enjoy that the pepperoni are not crispy and burnt, but rather cooked with no burning or curling. I love the ample amount of cheese that is always on my pizza and how evenly melted it is. Even better, the leftovers heat up really well in the microwave the next day and still tastes just as good. The pizza is a little greasy, but for me it’s much better than many of the large chain stores that I’ve ordered from before.

My favorite chain pizza now! I love thick crust and this has a great brown crispy crust. I need to try the flavored crusts. I think the BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite! Customer service and enthusiasm could be better, but the product is great. Stick to the thick crust, as the the thinner is mediocre.

I’ve yet to be disappointed! The favorite order of my girlfriend and I is a large half buffalo chicken, half BLT, all with turbo crust. Delicious every time! We’ve also had the Jet 10 and the Hawaiian (deep dish) and loved those as well. I’m somewhat ashamed that I had never heard of Jet’s before moving to the Columbus area, but I am so glad that I did. The NY Bold Fold is pretty good too, but not really comparable to true NYC pizza, still awesome!

My vote, the best pizza around. I always order it for parties & get togethers. I get the deep dish 8 corner & love it.

I really like the pizza from Jet’s. It easily outshines some of the national chain pizza plays in quality and taste! I first heard about Jet’s when I was student teaching in the Columbus area, and my high school students said Jet’s was their favorite pizza place. You know teenagers know their pizza!
Last night, we got Jet’s for the first time in a few years, as my husband has just moved back to the Columbus area for a new job. I was impressed with the idea of ‘flavorizing” your crust for free! You can get an array of flavors including: sesame seed, poppy seed, garlic, butter, cajun, shredded parm, and the delicious «Turbo» (butter, garlic, and romano).
Our deep dish mushroom pizza had ample cheese and toppings, and the sauce had just the right amount of zest. I was not horribly impressed with our antipasti salad, but I do not expect a whole lot from a pizza place. I wish they would have sliced up the meat and veg a bit better in the salad.
Overall, I really like Jet’s and will be back again!

I was craving deep dish pizza, so we decided to try Jet’s. We got 2 pizzas, a large extra cheese and an 8 corner pepperoni. It looked fantastic when we brought it home, but when I started to dig in, I realized it looked much better than it tasted.
The pizza itself is ok, greasy, but it’s got a nice crunch on the bottom. My boyfriend thought the pepperoni pizza had too few pieces. My issue was with the sauce and cheese. The sauce and cheese tasted off to me, and they put a lot of sauce on the cheese pizza. The cheese hardened quickly and stuck to the paper in the box, which made it a pain to remove pieces to reheat later on.
On the plus side, the pizza was very filling and we had lots of leftovers which heated up well in the oven. Also it tasted a bit better reheated than it did when we first got it home, which bumps my rating up slightly. Overall it was ok, but I’m a huge cheese fan, and their cheese just didn’t hit the mark.

I love Jets pizza. I am not a pizza fan, but theirs is amazing. I am moving to Canal and will miss it! Their square pizza with butter pizza shell is YUM. And their Greek Salad is delicious and prices are great. Love it!

Jets has excellent pizza. The crust is very good and the tomato sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I order delivery from this Jets at least once a month. Pizza is always good quality and cooked properly. I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. I always get the Cajun crust. Sometimes it’s either too strong or not even on the pizza. That’s why the deduction of a star. Overall, very good pizza. A little pricey but their deep dish is DEEP!

I really had high expectations. I ordered delivery because my regular go to pizza joint had a delivery time of 1 ½. Put it this way, next time, ill wait 1 ½ hr. the pizza was delivered on time. Hot, punctual. Looked tasty. Uggghhhhh I hate to say this. Nothing but mouthfuls of crust. I ordered dbl toppings and that still wasn’t enough to balance the overwhelming taste of crisp, greasy flavorless crust. If it wasn’t for the prompt delivery, Jets would’ve got 1 star. Sorry

Great pizza, a little pricey but good pizza. I got the 8-​Corner Pepperoni with Turbo crust. Pizza 1−5=5.

This pizza is heavier than I usually like but it is delicious! I wouldn’t be able to eat this all the time, but it is a nice treat. I love the 8 corner pizza. The corners are the best! The pizza is THICK and just the right amount of sauce for me. Very cheesy and the toppings have been good. We usually get pepperoni or cheese. I wish the pepperonis were a little bigger, but overall they have a good flavor and I like the curled/​burnt flavor of them. The pizza is greasy top to bottom. I don’t mind, it is a pizza after all, but a warning to those who are not into deliciousness.

I’ve ordered from this particular Jet’s at least a dozen times and most often order the Extra Large BBQ Chicken deep dish pizza.
This is the best bbq chicken pizza we have had — we love it! Just the right amount of bbq sauce without being over whelming (unlike the bbq chicken pizza we ordered at the Jet’s on Sancus /​Polaris).
Love the jet’s bread as well!
No complaints about this location and the food we’ve gotten. Definitely will be coming back again.

The first time I ate at Jets pizza it was very tasty, filling and price was right. I Like the deep dish style pizza.

Knocking a star off for slipping service. They don’t pay attention to you when you call in and you have to repeat yourself several times and even then they still screwed up our last order and comped us for it because they had to remake the whole thing and make us wait. (It wasn’t worth it)
Getting a little apprehensive about this place and when my friend called them (at our suggestion) she ended up not ordering anything and said «yeah, that guy didn’t want to be there today and didn’t know anything about the product.»
They’re going to shoot themselves in the foot if they keep this up.

The pizza was definitely good, but smaller than expected for the price we paid. The staff are lacking though. When I called to place an order for pickup, I had to repeat my order 3 times «Square Pepperoni Pizza» before she actually paid attention to what I was saying enough to write it down.

Jet’s pizza was very tasty, especially with the «Turbo Crust» crust option.
Overall, the pizza was very good and I look forward to trying other flavors and styles they offer.
