Great Clips

I have used multiple of these locations, but this one always seems the shortest wait. Never get attached to a specific salon employee, because they change as fast as the kids at a fast food.
I never used the Check-​in app because they years ago gave out my email. Forgiven. I did try this new one. No app to download. No email to give. Simple google search brought up the site to check in. Pick a location, and enter your first name, and phone number. They track you by phone number, as anyone who walks through the front door knows.
I am a hair minimalist, so take that into account. My hair is cut by number clippers. 50% of the time, I have to ask the stylist her name. I also interrupt the start until we are clear about the instructions. Sometimes a simple cut by numbers tends to forget the details (rounded in the back). No one has ever gouged a chunk of hair from my head, and that makes me happy.
The staff is generally pleasant, and talkative. 60% to each other, 40% to the clientele. I engage with them, so as not to be client 22 in chair 3. The floor and surroundings are generally clean and clear. The coat hook is a helpful feature. No holding it in your lap. Magazines yes. Wifi no. TV no. Music yes.
Great clips has multiple sales throughout the year. Although I have a barbershop for those special occasions, I patronize here for their commitment to the armed forces. On Veterans Day, all service members past and present are warmly greeted and cut for free. They promote this months in advance to tell clientele to invite their vet friends and family. They pass out cards to give to vets to use at a later time.
Yes I will continue to return.

Haircut was great. Wait wasn’t long on my walk in. And they accept competitor coupons. Count me in. Ashley ended up cutting my hair. She did good. Found out she even lives in the LC where I am at too, so that was ironic. Will be back, with competition coupons in hand. I think it was only $ 13 at refuser price, vey fair as is. :)

Decent prices although they dont take expired or competitors coupons like the other reviewer mentioned.
Little turnover lately there, which is nice. They treat my family well and make getting a haircut enjoyable.
