GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

Another Verizon franchise retailer gone wild (and I don’t mean with bikini-​clad coeds)!
Whatever you do — avoid this store. First of all, it’s not a corporate-​owned Verizon store. What does this mean to you? Less integrity in regards to customer service issues and a greater chance for customer dissatisfaction, which is exactly what happened to me.
If you never received your high school degree and want to manage your own retail store, I’m sure the owners of this franchise will be more than happy to hire you without an interview apparently. Why do I say this? The manager on duty when I visited this store appeared to have recently had a lobotomy (or something similar to it). He didn’t know anything about anything. Constantly on the phone with other stores to find the answers to customers’ questions, this manager was in serious need of some real training. I actually felt sorry for him. Maybe he’s more proficient now, but he wasn’t then and that’s a true reflection of the leadership involved with this store.
Finally, I don’t even know why one would bother walking into this closet-​sized store. It’s too small to provide the selection one deserves when patronizing Verizon. Compared to the corporate-​owned stores, this one doesn’t even come close. Why bother?
Sorry Verizon. There’s always a few bad apples in every bushel and this is one of them. Good luck.
