This store has gone down hill dramatically in past year, there are only minorities working here and most if not all are rude, disrespectful and lazy, I will start going to different walmart from now on.

I don’t expect much from a Wal-Mart, however this one is worse than most. The employees are vile to say the least. The store is in disarray and the parking lot is a death trap full of abandoned carts, oblivious patrons, and trash. The was actually bums panhandling in the foyer and guy on a riding lawnmower doing laps around the back/side of the store. Drive the extra 15 mins to the Holly Springs store. This place is a dumpster fire.

My review is for the Vision Center in this Walmart. I brought my son’s eyeglasses(that i bought elsewhere) in to have a screw replaced, and during the process a piece of the frame cracked(it was already bent from my son stepping on it)… The doctor insisted on giving me a new frame at no charge and even spent the time trimming the old lenses to fit the new frame. Excellent customer service! The Walmart itself is just ok, a typical Walmart. Great clearance going on the day i was there.

This post is strictly for the bakery department. I ordered 24 cupcakes(Mario Bros) for my sons class for his birthday on Saturday to be picked up on Tuesday. I get a call Monday morning telling me that they do not have any Mario Brothers. They ask what else I would like. Spongebob? No. Well what do you have? Bubble guppies, thomas and planes. Ok lets go with Thomas. Get there Tuesday afternoon at 4 just like they said. One lady in Bakery. I stand there 10 minutes staring at her. I know you can see me! My son points out the tons of Mario Brothers cup cakes and the spongebob cupcakes in the cooler. I buy both of those sets and leave. They can have their Thomas cupcakes! RIDICULOUSSERVICE!

I purchased tires here end of August(14). One tire was defective and the belt broke after only 5k miles. I took it back today and Dennis from Walmart automotive services took care of my car and checked the tires for damage… turns out he found one that was defective and they replaced it no questions asked. They also informed me that my rims were starting to bend. On the way here, I was debating ever shopping any automotive or expensive item ever again. No longer. As long as Walmart stands behind their items; then I don’t have a problem buying from them. Now, it could have been worse… I think I lucked out getting Dennis… I don’t think some of the other auto employees were thinking about good customer service, I overheard them mentioning I should have been charged for the labor(FOR A DEFECTIVEPRODUCT!!! — ummm. no.) Regardless… I have two kids and need to keep them safe and I absolutely trust that Dennis at least cares! Thank you Dennis from automotive at the Fuquay Walmart for great service! Earned my trust!

Absolutely horrible service. The staff here is on autopilot and ignores customers. I stood in front of a game case for 10 minutes with the«I need help» look on my face as employees walked by me. I went into the automotive department as was served by two of the most incompetent people I ever. The front check out folks seem lobotomized; it’s not that they are unfriendly, it’s that they seem beaten down and miserable. I have seen shift managers who scowl at customers, employees, well everyone actually. I understand that Wal Mart is here to stay but I’d like to see a district manager walk in some Sunday and see what I see on almost every trip there — fire some people and start over. As a newcomer to town this place is setting a poor example for F-V.
