Neighborhood Carpet Care

Very disappointed and will not recommend. Bart, the company owner, cleaned our master bedroom carpet. It looked ok when he left, but the carpet was saturated with water. Two days later, when it finally dried, (even with the overhead fan on) several large brown «mystery stains» appeared that were much worse than the modest foot traffic dirt we had originally. I called Bart and he promised to return to correct the problem. I stayed home on the appointment date, but he never showed. I called a couple of hours after his appointed time. He apologized and said he had been in a fender bender and promised to come the next day. Once again, no show and no call. Then he never returned my call. So I stayed home for two days and he never had the courtesy to even call and reschedule.
The measure of a company is how it deals with problems. Neighborhood Carpet Care failed three times. Now we’re stuck with damaged carpet that will have to be replaced. This has been a very expensive lesson.

Excellent job! Neighborhood Carpet Care cleaned my carpet better than any of their competitors have in the past, and even removed a stain I did not think would come out. Most companies do a quick job that looks clean until the carpet dries and they are gone. Neighborhood takes the time to do the job right… much appreciated!

Horrible! This company damaged my hardwood floors while performing the job and almost 2 months later they won’t return my calls. Horrible customer service, and no ownership for their work. Would not recommend!
