Mattress Firm Fuquay Varina

We first met Shawn at the Apex Mattress Firm, but heard he was transferred to the Fuquay location, which worked out better for us since we lived in Fuquay. We just browsed the Apex location since we had to go to Lowe’s anyway.
Upon arrival, Shawn introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for. He pointed out the variety of mattresses and let us test them for ourselves. We liked not having someone stand over us as we tried out each bed. Once we narrowed it down, Shawn told us a little more about each bed and wrote the models on his card for us. We told him we were just browsing/​researching right now. He said no worries and told us to give him a call if we were interested in purchasing a mattress.
I was so pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm that I told my husband we should check out Sleepy’s down the road. What a mistake that was (here’s my review:
). We were so impressed with Shawn and how he wasn’t pushy at all. We called a few days later to buy a mattress. He wasn’t there when we checked out (but I believe he still got credit for the sale). The guy finalizing the paperwork was also very nice. We had our mattress delivered the next day.
After the mattress was delivered, our bed was now like a mountain to get in and out of! We realized we needed the low profile box springs. I called them up on a Saturday and Shawn answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said no problem, they can exchange the box springs at no cost and could even do it that evening. I’ve never been more impressed with any company. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm! Oh, and mattresses are negotiable. We negotiated down to where I believe they were still making a profit, but we were paying what we wanted to pay.
