This used to be a vibrant place when there were more diverse vendors. Now it is just another struggling flea market suffering from everyone having the same things for sale from one end to the other mainly for hispanics only.

I would normally describe a flea market as having some kind of antiques but now a days that seems a rarity. This place is a huge building mostly taken up by a carpet and linoleum section. When I visited in October this flea market featured two vary fresh low cost mexican groceries, lots of cowboy boots and hats, quinceanera dresses, cakes supplies, and a small smattering of cheap toys and nick knacks. There were about three car stereo stalls and one huge stall that sold car spoilers and airfoils. Many of the stalls where empty. This maybe because of the time of year. I hope there is more going on in the spring and summer. Check the taco and tamale cart, the fresh mini-donuts and the small vintage machine arcade. A great place to find latino music as well. This is rough cut gem that reminds me of the outer boroughs of NYC.

It’s flea market, full of Mexican flavors. I’m not sure how else I can explain it. If you are not into the flea markets, this might be bland, or even boring. But I kinda of fun.
