Avoid this place!!! Such rude people working there who could care less how you feel. The receptionist was beyond rude who made you feel like she rather ignore you than help. Once the doctor got in the room she seemed very rushed and more interested in giving meds then hearing your compete history. This isn’t health care! Just wants $$

I can hear the woman at the front desk texting on her phone instead of entering my information. It’s been 20 minutes since I have her my paperwork, I am the only one who’s paperwork she has to input right now, and all I can hear is the clicking of her iPhone keypad. I am annoyed. The online check in thing doesn’t work either.

Went in today(8⁄17) for shoulder pain after checking in using their ZipPass mobile check in. My wait time was minimal, 30 mins, paid the typical co pay. I saw Dr. Burkes whom was very professional & made a recommendation based on my condition to refer me to an orthopedic physician. My experience was pleasant though I was in some pain. I was offered a rx for pain meds but declined due to my pain level not being so high but given the option to call back & a rx would be called in for me. I would highly recommend FastMed for all urgent care needs!

We had to go here because my son busted his chin open and had to get stitches. Check in took a bit but they did push us ahead of other people because he was bleeding. I think the doc may have started stitching too early because he screamed bloody murder. He started stitching about 2 mins after the numbing shot, i may be wrong but it seemed early to me.

For what it’s worth, FastMed wasn’t bad. But I’m not sure I’d say it was a great experience, either. I went in for an internship-required drug test, something that should have taken ten minutes tops. I sat and waited for over an hour… With a full bladder, no less. The reason I was waiting? No one communicated with the staff why I was there. The process was painless, the staff relatively nice, but I was a bit worried that my results wouldn’t get to the HR department I needed them to get to. When I asked how the results would be sent, I was told my sample was going to be sent by FedEx. Almost the same as what I was asking. I can’t really blame them since it seemed as though their computers were down. Overall, not a horrible experience and meets a need.
