Just stopped by to buy a new charm for a Pandora bracelet. I found one I liked and had the lady behind the counter go ahead and put it on for me. Paid for my purchase and left. My husband drives to the stop light and as I look at my bracelet I notice that one of my beads is missing! We immediately turn around and go back only to have the lady swear up and down that she put the bead back on. This goes on for five minutes when finally another attendant goes «Oh are you looking for a bead? It was on the floor behind the counter.». We take the bead and leave and are LAUGHED AT as we walk out the door. I’m glad to know that these people think it’s funny that someone tried to steal a very expensive piece of jewelry from me. I will never ever go back to this place and would recommend that any other potential customers save themselves the trouble and STAY AWAY!

Very Very rude staff. Had a horrid experience with the staff, specifically their jeweler, guy was rude beyond belief. Will never step foot in this store again, highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

The employees are super nice both on the phone and in person. They did not have what I was looking for in the store so they ordered what I wanted, worked with me on engraving, etc.
Based on prices I’ve seen for similar items I feel like they gave me a really good deal. And it will be ready much quicker than other places I inquired. I highly recommend giving them a chance!
