This place is located in Downtown Fullerton. Easy to find. Staff is excellent and they replaced my batteries in 5 min for three watches. I have to return soon, I have other watch batteries. Happy customer!

This will be short and sweet! I went here to replace the battery on my watch, and they sure did deliver! I came in a couple minutes before closing time (5:30 on weekdays) and was out of there a minute past 5:30. It was also $ 5 flat with the Unilocal check-​in offer, which was awesome! Oh parking is street parking, or if you don’t mind a short walk, there are 2 lots on Amerige Avenue (east of Malden Avenue) with free parking. Another thing is that there is a $ 20 minimum if you want to use card, so bring cash! Overall, the price was just right for the service! Highly recommend :)

Excellent customer service! Matt provided detailed information regarding your watch and gives options prior doing the service. Had replaced battery for only $ 5 with Unilocal check in. Where else can you get that deal! Will go back for my other watch for service.

I would like to start by saying this is all new to me, having a housecall on Grandfather clock (belongs to my father & mother in law). I left a message with a gentleman who said «Joy isn’t in right now, she’ll be in tomorrow morning and will be giving you a call about our repair service.» I left my information and the very next day Joy called, a very pleasant and courteous voice. I gave her the information what I thought was wrong with our Grandfather clock and she said «I’ll have my Grandfather tech go out and service your clock, if it’s something that can be fix in home or if it needs to be brought in (inside casing parts) he’ll know once he actually is working on the clock.» She told us the price for home repair (depends where you live on the price, we live in Hacienda Heights) we thought was very reasonable and made the appointment. Joy called the day before May 19, 2016 and gave us a courteous call to remind me of our schedule appointment for Friday May 20, 2016 at 9am.
Today 5÷20÷16 at 8:30am Matt Fitch from «The Clock Man» was knocking on my door. Matt processed to get down to business and while checking and servicing the Grandfather clock was asking questions about our last service. My mother in law only knew the answers since it did belong to them until she just recently moved in with us (father in law passed away 4÷11÷16). Matt was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest about our clock and told us what to expect in the near future. He didn’t give us a sales pitch or threaten us with a excuse why it should be brought in for work. Within 45 minutes Mr. Matt Fitch was packing up his equipment and giving our Grandfather clock on last check and oiled where needed. Our Grandfather clock sounds great, it’s working like a charm and when the bells ring I can picture my father in laws smile and saying «Boy that’s a beautiful sound,»

Love this watch shop! In the last 6 months I’ve brought in about 7 watches for various things and they have taken great care to keep those watches in perfect shape!

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of feedback given to this business. As soon as I walked in, I felt as if I was transported to a different world, a world of watches and clocks. It was quite an experience. Took my watch to be measured, removed a link, and have the battery removed. This took less than 10minutes and my repair man was such a pro, that he adjusted the time within one second. Would recommend. New battery and link adjuster cost my $ 15. Make sure to bring cash or debit as credit is $ 20min.

Siva was awesome!!! Replaced the battery in my Movado that kay jewelers wouldn’t even do!!! No scratches and did it on the spot! Will be returning to repair my other watches. Siva knows his stuff!!!

The clockman did a good job. My Rolex was serviced in less than 3 weeks, polished, and he took the time to show me the water, pressure, and time test to ensure it was working perfectly. The clockman showed me the worn out piece he replaced. This guy really takes his time and has a passion for what he does. I would come back again and definitely recommend to anyone who has a need to service a high end watch. Only opportunity is that the bezel seemed very tight, which is not a bad thing but requires some elbow grease to turn. Other than that, good to go! Thanks clockman.

I came with with my brother between 1−2pm. The place is located on the corner of a busy main road and there is parking on the side streets just around the corner. The place is filled with all sorts of clocks. There were about 3 people working. The staff is friendly and very helpful. 1 customer was already there being helped. We had 2 wrist watches that red battery change and 2 that needed size adjustment. The clock Doctor helped us right away. While we were waiting, a few people started trickling in and one can sense it was about to get busy. But the the clock doc focused on us and made sure the fit was right and we were satisfied before he moved on to the next customer.
Overall it was a positive experience. Quick customer service & great staff! Awesome place for your watch and clock needs.

I got two watches resized and one with a band replaced.
Store location was conveniently located with numerous parking. It’s cost 5 $ to re-​size a watch with a check-​in on Unilocal.They also have a wide variety of bands available that are reasonably priced.
Overall, I would recommended for watch resizing and band replacement. The service was very high quality, quick, and fairly priced compared to other locations like at Brea mall.

Brought in my Vostok Amphibia which was losing about 30 minutes a day. The Watch Man (in the back) took a look at it, showed me how it was running on his instruments and it was all over the place. He called me a week later to pick it up and it was running perfectly and he polished it and buffed out almost all of the scratches on the acrylic crystal.
Amazing work for a fair price. I will always take my watches there for service.

I originally drove 30 minutes to get here. I took an old mantel small clock for repair because Unilocal listed as the price being low. I originally paid only $ 5 for the clock at a yard sale. I was quoted close to $ 300 for the repairs. I passed on that.
I also needed to purchase two glass convex covers for a couple of antique mantel clocks, was quoted $ 28 each glass. They sell for $ 5 – 8 on ebay. I passed on that as well.
It is a nice store don’t get me wrong and they do have a large selection of old antique clocks and modern clocks. Including some rare ones. If you are looking to buy a whole clock then this is the place for you.

I got three of my watches’ batteries replaced here yesterday and I am very happy with the service! The man who helped me replaced the batteries within 15 minutes and then told me that one of my (very cheap) watches had a broken gear so I couldn’t set the time. He didn’t want me to have to spend the $ 10 replacing the battery when the watch was useless anyway. He was able to manually set the time for me so at least it will be accurate until daylight savings ends :)

I came in to get my new watch band installed on my Seiko SKX007 and Siva helped me right away and even taught me a little something about my watch.
The service I needed was basic but he treated me like a VIP!
His shop is filled with big standing and wall clocks, but of course has the usual display cases of various wrist watches including casual stuff like the G-​shock line.
Definitely check this shop out for repair work as Siva seems to really be a top notch business man.

Over Black Friday I bought a brand new watch for a great price. However, as most watches purchased at a department store, my watch had a dead battery within days after I bought it. As I was killing time, I Unilocaled for the closest and best clock store around Fullerton and The Clock Man was the one with the highest ratings.
When I walked into the store, it was filled with all types of analog clocks throughout the store. A treasure trove of different time machines could be found from wall to wall. As I walked closer to the counter, a tall gentleman wearing a hat introduced himself and asked what help I needed. I spoke to him about needing a new battery for my watch and he said which one. I took off the watch from my wrist and he took it and said it’d be $ 10. I told him about the Unilocal deal and as he handed over the watch to his cohorts behind him, he helped me check in. After I checked in and was about to take out the $ 5 a different gentleman from the back came back and handed me my watch. Within the span of a few minutes my watched was taken care of! I couldn’t believe how quickly it was done. I was actually speechless, only able to utter thank you and give him my money.
