Subway

Update as of 2015.
Getting worse and worse as new employees are starting to work here. Still the closest Subway from my house, so I’ll still be coming here. Food is decent. as all Subways are, but customer service is horrible.

Today was a great day a Subway! The man who made the best sandwhich I’ve had from here, ever was named Colby! Colby said, «I make them like I would make them for my grandma!» He really spent time on making it for a change and I could taste the difference! Ask for Colby, and not the cheese! Haha

Lots of room to sit and great serves. Among some of the better Subways that I have been to.

I come here for my kids when I bring them lunch to surprise them, but the employees are super slow and disinterested in customer satisfaction. They walk as if people aren’t in a hurry and they are super slow, it’s obvious to me they are «following all the rules» except they fail to realize that the customer is who they are supposed to be pleasing, not some box checking manager.
Discouraged…

I like Subway but as a chain sometimes the quality of food at different locations can leave a lot to be desired. This location though gets it consistently right and is the reason why I drive past two closer locations to eat at this one. I also like that they have Orange Bang! =)

Great service. When i came in there was a line and only 2 employees working. One of them seemed to be working slow, he probably was new. The lady working the register had to stop what she was doing to help the other employee with the sandwiches, he was really backed up. She quickly finished the sandwiches, took customers orders and got rid of the line. As i was paying (she was really polite when she helped me) another employee seemed to be coming back from break. She made the sandwiches faster than the male employee. Every time someone walked in she greeted them with «welcome to subway». Food was good, no problems with that. Downside is they’re short staffed which causes a line. I was on my day off so it didnt bother me. Theres enough places to sit, men’s room was clean and didnt have any tagging. Plus i saw a few cute chicks walk in (one from olive garden, you know who you are). Check this place out

It’s like any other Subway. It is a franchise so I don’t see how they can differ. However the manager is really sweet and the staff is polite

Kind of weird to be reviewing a Subway, but I really do like this location, now that they’ve got some better employees under their belt. And since they just redid the interior, it looks all posh (okay, using that word relatively!) and clean.
The one reason I’m really reviewing this is because now they seem to understand when someone orders a «veggie» delight, they mean «PUT SOME VEGGIES ON IT». I hate when places only put a sprinkle of lettuce on a veggie delight. I mean… it’s a VEGETARIAN sandwich! They never look at me weird if I ask for more, and usually I don’t have to. Most times, the avocados are fresh and plentiful and everyone is very nice and quick and friendly. Thanks, guys!
