Me my sister and brother are actually a regular at this Starbucks, drive through is convenient … That being said customer service is horrible. The girl on the speaker working the drive through became rude to me and her attitude changed quickly when I asked about a new drink that came out. She tells me. uh can you be more specific? Excuse me? I can tell by the tone of her voice that she was annoyed– As I got to the window I saw it was some blonde hair chick. and I told another girl who handed me my drink. hey she was being pretty rude to me on the speaker… She says«oh sorry ». This is my favorite Starbucks to go to by far. The girls that work here are all really cool, I’ve ended up having some decent conversations with most of them. Definitely not too bad looking either! Anyways, it has a drive through that gets filled up in the mornings. That being said, they are usually well staffed so you don’t have to wait too long. Also, super fast WiFi!

My drink was not prepared correctly, I get the same drink every day, most days multiple times in the day. I asked for it to be made again, to get an attitude and another drink that tasted the same as the first one. My family and I spend hundreds of dollars monthly at this place, you’d think being a gold member, you’d get treated with respect! I guess that doesn’t matter. If I could rate my visit without a star, I would! Not to mention all of the add shots that haven’t been added to my drinks, which aren’t cheap with the amount of drinks that I order.

I know there’s really no point in leaving a review for a place that is not affected by it… But I just can’t even… 9:50PM… Went in to get some coffee in preparation for a looooong night with my lover, homework. Thank the Lord for drive thru cause too lazy. Anyway, nothing out of the ordinary from the moment I pull up to order & whilst ordering. HOWEVER, as soon as I’m done ordering, I’m already a little irked. I don’t mean to sound all snobby, but it just really pissed me the hell off that the girl who took my order literally just said«total is 6.50». But you know what? whatever, it’s late & she’s probably tired. As a server, I’m over here trying to understand her POV& because I work in a fast service restaurant, I know how annoying it is when people don’t leave tip. Maybe to make her night, I’ll leave her some. The Starbucks I usually go to has a tip box outside the window, but this location doesn’t… So my change is $ 14& I tell her to just give me $ 13. No thank you, no have a good night, nothing. Literally wanted to park my car, walk up to the window, & ask for my dollar back. Lazy or not, I wouldn’t ever f*cking go back to this location… NEVEREVERAGAIN.

I went through the drive thru, told the lady what I wanted. She asked if I wanted it hot or over ice. I said over ice. I also asked for soy. I get up there and she hands me a hot one. I told her I said ice and she was all rude and said oh no one ever heard that. When I was ASKED which one. Then she makes mine over ice never once made eye contact with me. I drive off and there is NOO coffee in it. And no soy. So I go back and she takes my drink and hands me another with STILL no eye contact. I had normal milk instead of the soy I asked for, and it tasted just as disgusting as the first one. I will NEVER go back there again because of the blonde older lady. The way employees treat you really effects customers and that’s something you should learn while you are in training.

The review is just for the Drive-Thru. Mornings are a drag but so is waiting 22 minutes for your cup of Joe. Afternoons are soo slow. Limited staff? I could probably leave my car parked and run to Sushi Pop and get a meal and we have yet to advance. Whhhyyyyyyyyy?!?

I am an Expresso enthusiast. I have it every day, at least once. Starbucks in Fullerton, off Euclid, is where I go everyday, for the last 3 years. The entire staff, including the Manager, are wonderful people. They really make u feel like a member, instead of a customer. Rocky, always greets me with a huge smile, and really hustles to get my Quad. Expresso ready for me. I always ask her to come work for me, however, she says her Loyalty is with Starbucks !! She is a fantastic young gal, definitely an asset to Starbucks. Thanks, peace.

Am not sure why folks are bashing the drive-thru ~ honestly, the timing was no different than other Starbucks. I ordered a Skinny Peppermint Mocha. I normally order a regular one, but seriously wanted to skip all the calories. It was not bad! I totally would order this again. Why 3 stars? Their restroom was not working!

This store is one of the best stores to visit in the Fullerton area, baristas are super apologetic, super friendly, super helpful and super accommodating to the homeless in the area. Dave, the manager has gone to great lengths to help those in need that visit our location. Even a man who lived out of his car who would spend most of the day in the store sitting in the same chair refilling his drink. The only reason a manager at a location would make someone leave is if they disrespected the employees and in these few cases the people did. If someone came into a business I worked for and said rude and disrespectful things to my employees I would kindly ask them to leave as well, Dave being the kind person he is even let these customers leave with coffee on the house exactly how they like it. All in all this store has the best baristas, best manager and best customer service around.

This location is new! Definitely a bigger space than the Starbucks close to my house. It’s so modernized inside and very«open» with large windows. The only problem I have is that the drive thru is always full, blocking actual parking spaces.

It’s clean, but the drive thru is slow. In defense of the store, it’s not all their fault. Today, some of the drive thru customers are really lame, like the self-absorbed idiot driving his Maserati and texting and not paying attention that the car ahead of him went around the corner or the minivan mom who believes that the safe distance between two cars at a stand still in a drive thru is a car length… Sigh! The grande iced green tea latte wasn’t mixed well so the presentation wasn’t the best, but the taste was. Absolutely delicious! The trenta unsweetened iced green tea was the usual fare. Refreshing and cool, but it’s pretty hard to mess that formula up. Bottom line, if the drive through is long, you’re better off going inside and getting your order faster. Self-absorbed texting idiots stay in your cars…

I can’t emphasize how appalled I was at this Starbucks. First of all, this Starbucks had a drive thru and the wait was SOLONG. I literally waited 15 minutes to even get order and get my drink. I saw that inside there were 4 workers. Theres obviously enough people to make the drinks quickly. However, I am more lenient on the waiting because I am patient and I have worked at a coffee shop and it takes time to put love and care into a drink. What I am not lenient on is the fact that I paid $ 3 for a cup of venti water with strawberry juice. The guy taking the order for the drive thru specifically said the total was $ 3.35 for both my friend’s hot chocolate and my venti strawberry water. I EVENGOTTHEMONEYREADY. HOWEVER, when I drove up the window, this other worker said the total was $ 5.70. ?? What? I asked why it was $ 5.70 and not $ 3.35 when I first ordered the guy said it was $ 3.35. The worker went to talk to the other guy and they talked for a minute or so and finally settled that the total was $ 5.70. How ridiculous. I kept arguing my strawberry water should be only $ 0.60 because it’s literally just water and strawberry juice which is $.60. But, they kept arguing that they don’t have a customization on the register and that they have to charge me for a regular tea that is $ 2.95… I’m really not stingy about money or anything but it’s just so ridiculous how other Starbucks has the customization and this one doesn’t. How does that even happen. This was a regular Starbucks too not like a Barnes and Noble one or something. The reason I’m mad is because they said it was $ 3.35 at first and suddenly changed it to $ 5.70. I pay the most $ 1.35 for my strawberry water anywhere. Anyways, don’t go to this Starbucks. Even if you go an extra mile or two, go to another one. Also, the workers are actually friendly but I came to the conclusion that they are overly friendly because they have a tip jar on the outside of the drive thru window. Ridiculous.

Pros: — Fast Service(Inside) = Guys, when the drive-thru line is a mile long, you’re better off parking your car and going inside. — Seating = This Starbucks has a lot of seats and has outlets for use. — Parking = Because it’s not a stand-alone, there’s plenty of parking in this shopping center. Cons: — Crowded = Can get pretty crowded and if you’re looking for a table with an outlet, you’d better plan ahead. Overall comments/recommendation: One of my preferred location for a Starbucks because of the ease of parking. The service I’ve gotten has always been very on-point but I find that Starbucks as a whole does try to keep this standard across all branches.

Been to this location twice after today and have been disappointed both times. The first visit I had here was over 6 months ago and I went inside for a Venti Black Tea Lemonade only to here that they were out of lemonade. I ended up getting a regular black tea as my reward which really pissed me off as I did not get the value for which I wanted. At no point was the staff apologetic for the issue or offer to make the situation right. My visit today was just as bad if not worse and i only stopped here as I needed a drive thru location and this was the first one I came across without going a bit out of the way. Again I was here to claim another free reward and decided to go with the Trenta Strawberry Acai drink only to get told they were out of the Strawberry purée. I instead decided to go with the Trenta Very Berry as I was literally stuck in the drive thru at this point with no end in sight to get out. I was told to pull up to the window and was on my way. As I pulled up to the window I was once again told that the drink I ordered was out of stock. I explained that the guy who took the order specified Strawberry was out and said nothing of the new drink. They said they were out of all purees and proceeded to hand me a yellowish clear concoction of basically pure fruit juice on the house. I have no clue what to think anymore as they are 0 – 2 when it comes to delivering on drinks during my visits over a half year period. Would I return to this location again, mee thinks not. It is definitely time for another email to their corporate office to complain about the lack of stock, the improper procedures and the unapologetic staff who could care less if a customer leaves unhappy and has a miserable overall experience.

It pains me to admit that I now get coffee at Starbucks because it’s Starbucks… the equivalent of Wal-Mart in the coffee world. I only order their cold brew coffee, though. I’m happy that Starbucks finally makes a coffee drink that doesn’t taste burnt. This is a great location too. And to people consistently giving chain places like Chipotle, Starbucks, Target, etc. low ratings… please, grow up.

Stopped here on a Friday night, and didn’t realize they close at 11:00. The drive thru is a bit slow, but at least they offer one. I’ve been inside and like the layout. Its very open, and has a decent amount of inside/outside seating. Plenty of parking, but be careful as those who want to enter/exit the drive thru don’t seem to pay attention to other drivers in the parking lot.
