This place is really terrible! They do not care about their customers! When I took back my clothes, I found out there were two holes!!! It’s my favorite cloth! I am so regret go to these place! If you want to ruin your clothes, go ahead!

TERRIBLE!!!
When I took my bridesmaid dress in to get let out a tiny bit (it fit fine, but I didn’t like my breasts to be unbreathable), shortened, and add a second strap, the lady was NOT NICE! She made mean comments and expected me to understand what she was saying about the dress.
When I picked up my dress, She said it worked out and that was all. My fault was not trying on the dress when i picked up. However, when I tried my dress on at home, she didn’t do everything i asked for. She only added the second strap. She must have taken in the dress, because it does not fit and did not shorten the dress.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. I am going to call them tomorrow morning to talk about this! Not okay. The wedding is in two days…

I hate to give bad rating to a dry cleaner because my friend’s parents used to have a dry cleaning business and she often told me how hard the work was. However, I feel it’s my duty to warn others of this place, especially beware of Rosa, who works there.
She’s always angry. Angry that you have stain mark on your clothes. Angry your arms are not long enough and need the sleeves taken in. Just angry the moment a customer steps in.
Fed up with her attitude. I will take my dry clean elsewhere, or I will just try to clean some of them myself using Woolite (which I did when Rosa was unable to remove a light water stain on my coat but good old Woolite and my Maytag washer at home did the trick).
