If there was a negative star they would earn it! Im not one to complain but this is the 4th in the last month that theyve messed up mu order big time. Im never going here as long as i live and it doesnt help that the only people they hire are middle easterns who can barely speak english…

This legit has to be the worst pizza Hut location in the world. I honestly feel bad for the owner. Companies are the worst when they’re ran with employees who don’t care. This location has got my order wrong soooooo many times. Legit have called them to make sure they get my order right and when it finally comes to my door it’s wrong. It’s sad how much they don’t care. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite too. Ps I also got horrible food poisoning from this location.

3.5 stars. I really think this location is working hard to make better products. The last couple times I’ve ordered from them everything was super delicious and just how I wanted it. They even put extra flavoring on the crust when I asked them to! :o) Definitely give this location another chance if you wrote them off previously, as they’ve improved GREATLY!

After a certain hour the cashier has to let you in with a buzzer. I stood in the freezing wind and watched him text for 5 minutes before letting me in. All I wanted was wings! and when I got them home they were the wrong flavor. Honestly? How hard is buffalo sauce.

So I got a response form Daisy C.(employee?) that states: The people don’t see the comments when they’re making the pizza. The comments show up for whoever is at the end cutting the pizza. So yeah, you were incorrect on your order. They did nothing wrong. This person clearly missed the point of my review, which was that several of my orders had errors, even when I didn’t leave a note for pepperoni only on half(because the flaw in the online ordering system that allows you to add toppings to the specialty pizza, but does not give the option to add them to only half like it does on non-specialty pizzas) or when wings and sauces just were forgotten by the driver or whoever after I paid for them. The main point was the service that this employee provided. This employee is wrong again. I went ahead and went back to the website to show that the note I left which pizza hut calls a «special request» is in the same screen where I put on which toppings I want(pictured), and you can add a special request for each pizza you order, so again the pizza hut ordering system is flawed if my special request doesn’t show to the people actually making the pizza. How could the customer know that the note doesn’t show to the people making the pizza? I did the only thing I could online by entering my note in the pizza order screen and not at the end of my order. Common sense would be that if you put a note in for a specific pizza, on the ordering screen for that specific pizza, right under where you select your toppings, and not at the end of your order, that the people making the pizza and putting on the toppings would see the special request. This employee is further unprofessional in her lack of thoroughness and lack of knowledge about how their online ordering system works. If you are going to publicly represent the company you work for, you should know what you are talking about, and not insult the customer publicly. Ill be writing to corporate again about this(they already responded to my previous complaint, sent me two free pizza coupons, which I don’t want, I want them to properly train their employees on how their systems work and on customer service.

This Pizza Hut straight up sucks. Until I hear from someone I’m keeping this review up. I ordered two pizzas. One with bbq sauce on it and one without. The pizzas I received both had bbq sauce on them. The on that was supposed to have the sauce has a very small amount. While the one that wasn’t supposed to have any sauce on it was completely drenched in bbq sauce. After I got the pizza, it was like 11:50 and I tried calling the store. The first couple times I was put on hold by the machine, but after trying again I heard someone pick up the phone and hang it up. When I tried calling one more time they put the we are closed message on. This place seemingly reeks of incompetence and they ruined my pizza. Fuckem

Can I give a negative star? Guadalupe who was helping up front is rude and mumbles and has a thick accent. She gets irritated when you don’t understand her. We called and no one answered for 20 minutes. So I figured it was too busy. I should have stopped right there and called somewhere else. But I didn’t. I decided to go online and order. It was kinda difficult to figure out, but finally our pizza was ordered. It gave us a time to pick up. But I figured I’d come 15 minutes after the given time. When we arrived to pick up our order Guadalupe rang us out and told us it would be 11 minutes wait. Ok. What? She said«it got busy». No apology, no recognition. No whatever. So I just said ok. No problem and waited. as I sat to wait. I watched the pizzas being made. There was a guy who started to help out the line and handled the cash. Wiped his hand on his sweater and went back to making our pizzas. I watched him wipe the Crusties off the corner of his mouth and put his hand in the cheese to make the pizza. I lost my appetite. Is this a family owned Pizza Hut? They need to be reviewed and Called out because this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t have reviewed this but when they gave us our pizza over 20 minutes later. She sat our order on the table with an obvious attitude and didn’t say a word.

The delivery guy gave such a good costumer service, my apologies for not putting the right phone number and apt #. Excellent costumer service on his side. I called the store because the order was late and they said he had left at 5:18 and he delivered at 5:24 super fast! I thought I could give him a good review and hopefully his management appreciates him(if they don’t already do). Service is terrible at this Pizza Hut location. No greetings when customers walk in. I don’t even know why they have a tv with the ready time on it because my order was ready 10 minutes after the set time. Anyways, paid for my order. They forgot my soda, wings came out way later then my pizza. Pizza was cold by the time I got home. One of the workers seem like he just got back from a break with headphones in his ear, didn’t wash his hands NOR use gloves to make my wings. I saw that 1 wing fell out and he used his bare hands to put it back in my plastic bowl. Oh and not to mention my wings were swimming in the plastic container due to overfilled sauce. I open the pizza box and the pizza wasn’t even cut properly, some slices were extra big, some were really small. Pictures show it all!

pizza was tiny for the size i ordered. it was greasier than the usual pizza hut grease. my mushrooms were burnt or shrunk to the point it wasn’t visibly a mushroom anymore. pepperoni were stuck on each other and baked so some parts of pepperoni was actually not cooked, not even warm. i thought because it was so quick for my order size i was impressed… lo and behold there were reasons to why iorder was done so fast. for all i know most of my pizza could have been under baked.

Placed an order online and it said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. After exactly fifteen minutes I show up and there is one person preparing pizzas. Another girl comes out of the back, rings me up, and doesn’t even have the courtesy to tell me my pizza wasn’t ready or the fact that they had not even started making it yet. After waiting 15 more minutes a see an employee walk out of the back and not even care that they were behind on making orders. It’s been more than a half an hour and I still have not received my pizza. This is my first and last time eating here. No consideration for the customer.

Service is awful, ingredients are tasteless, dough is chewy. There are no reasons to consider this place. Way too many good pizza places in Fullerton. Please just don’t go, let’s hope this places closes soon and maybe something better will come along

Went in to the actual location to order and was told by staff that the order would be done in 15 minutes, then after waiting closer to 30 minutes with multiple requests to check on our order it was finally completed. I ordered a small pasta and when I saw that there were no forks included, asked for one to which the staff replied that they had no forks… what the heck how am I supposed to eat pasta without a fork?! If you serve food that requires utensils, provide them! FAIL :( The piping hot marinara pasta was tasty when I was able to obtain a fork elsewhere. If you are more comfortable ordering in Spanish, employees are fluent and can acomodate.

I don’t know what I was expecting– it is Pizza Hut after all. I guess, I knew going into it the pizza would be ok, nothing great, but I was at least hoping the customer service would be semi-friendly at best. Dudes in there didn’t seem to know what a smile was. Maybe they just got done eating a bunch of spinach though and felt like they still had it all up in there teeth. Ok. But, when I asked if my pizza was ready after waiting the 20 minutes they had told me, they said it’ll be out in a few more minutes. I saw a pizza sitting in the holding racks and just figured it was for delivery. nope, it was mine. It sat in that thing for almost ten minutes before they gave it to me and I was in the waiting room the whole time. Oh well. Next time I won’t make the mistake of Pizza Hutting. Pizza is a very serious issue and I will treat the matter with the respect it deserves.

I ordered some pasta earlier today for my gf and I. It was ok, but they didn’t Give us any forks. They didn’t «have» any… I had to drive to Another Establishment in order to consume the food I had just ordered. Its like getting a Bowl of ice cream with no spoon. We were in a hurry and this minor Inconvenience really mucked things up. and made us upset. So for That I say No more for us.

Despite the other reviews, I’ve had pizza from this particular location delivered twice w no problems. In under 20 minutes both times. My husband and I have tried a bunch of pizza spots in this area and he still swears this Pizza Hut is his fav.
