Patricia has been cleaning my home for almost a year now. She is always punctual and trustworthy. She has the keys to my home and always locks up and texts me when she arrives and when she finishes. Her cleaning is just amazing, my granite shines beautifully, I’m not sure how she gets it so gleaming but I’m not complaining. I love the finishing touches as well that she leaves in bath and kitchen. She accepts PayPal too, very convenient. Thank you Patty!

Only wish I could give Patricia 10 stars. I could only say I couldn’t have been happier. What an awesome job this girl did and in 3 hours. She knows her business. pleasant, efficient, and hard working. Bathroom sparkled and kitchen sparkled. Love this girl and feel so fortunate to have found her. Do yourself a favor and give her a try, You won’t regret it.

Patricia does a great job! She pays attention to details and leaves my apartment super clean. I appreciate that she is willing to meet my requests and I love how passionate she is about her work. She is always happy and cheerful when she arrives bright and early! I felt comfortable with her from day one.

Patricia never showed up to the agreed first appointment time of the 11:30am today. I called around 11:40 to check up and say to cancel since she hasn’t called, nor to say she was late. She has my phone number for sure as she had called me back when i asked for a quote. A simple phone call would have sufficed. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.

I have never used a cleaning service in my home before, but I reached a point where I needed help. I scheduled Patricia due to the great reviews on here. Scheduling was easy through Unilocal’s messaging service, and then through text messaging directly with Patricia. And she was able to fit my home in her schedule fairly quickly.
She arrived on time, and got straight to work. My family and I pretty much just stayed out of the way and gave her space to do what she needed to do. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (approx. 800 – 900 sq ft.) home and she covered all areas in 3 ½ hours.
She did an okay job overall, however, I think our expectations were very different especially for the price that was paid. I expected a deeper cleaning of the floors, which I was able to sweep and collect a good amount of dirt from after she «mopped.» I was able to find lint, hair, etc. on some areas of the carpet that she vacuumed. And we also started to notice some damage on appliances that were sprayed with an unknown cleaner, rubbed down, and scratched. The cleaner wont come off, and the appliance now looks permanently wet from a spray bottle. After she left, I did a fair amount of re-​cleaning myself — which I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do.
I think for routine cleaning, or maintenance cleaning Patricia would be efficient. But as far as deep cleaning and home organization, I will be looking elsewhere.

I am so very disappointed with Patricia. This is the same thing that happened when I called her out the first time, but I gave her a second chance. This time I called, she seemed so happy to hear from me, I explained that I had company coming (as before I have had several back surgeries so I can only do light stuff), she scheduled to be there before Thanksgiving, no show, no call. I called several times, on the day she was scheduled to come as well as a few days after. I was concerned about her and her family not believing this could happen again. Left messages, waited. Finally talked to my husband and he wanted to let you all know that it happened again. I am hurt, I really felt we had established a relationship. Just hate to share this kind of stuff. Hurt in Lakewood.
All of your explanations don’t make sense. I called and left my number on your site as well as your private number, that I had for you. You were to come on Thursday (the week before Thanksgiving), I don’t work and was available for you to be here at any time. My son was never involved, no wrong recollection on my part, I gave you according to my phone records at least 13 phone calls with my phone number. I was really concerned because I received no call back. I thought you or someone in your family was sick or in an accident, which I stated on your message system since I never got a live person after our first initial contact. Please don’t lead your clients wrong, I really tried not to leave a bad review, but your response was inappropriate, and I am disappointed that you went after me to justify your actions. It is unfortunate because I did care about you your business and of course your family. Hope things get better for you.

Patricia was great. I’ve gone through so many cleaners who have left me so disappointed I would find myself cleaning after them. Patricia did amazing she even mad the toilet paper into a little rose! I def recommend

In summary, Patricia is the best! I’ve had experience with other cleaning professionals and she is by far, the best I’ve worked with and will continue to work with her.
She’s prompt, responsive, affordable, friendly, works hard, and professional.
My husband and I own units and we’ve had tenants that leave units in poor conditions. From roaches to mouse poop, Patricia got in and really took care of the mess! The unit was back to normal with Patricia’s services!
We’ve also had her clean our home and we are quite busy so there’s always dust and finger prints on the appliances. After Patricia does her thing, our home is spotless and looks brand new again! She even fluffs our pillows :)

We were expecting a house full of guests on Sunday and Patricia came out on Friday morning to gave our home a thorough cleaning. She did and excellent job at a reasonable price. Patricia was friendly and you can tell she loves her job. I will definitely use her services again in the future.

I called Patricia for based on good reviews on Unilocal,the initial communication was very decent.
She made scheduled for move out cleaning on Sunday morning at 9AM. However, on the Sunday morning, She texted me that her car tire got busted, so she was running late, so I expected that she will come as soon as the problem is fixed. Hours went by still no response from her. so I asked her how she was doing. She texted me that she was at a tire shop, but they didn’t have right tires for her car. (sounded fishy). Anyway, she never showed up, even after all the promising text messages. it turn out that she is very flaky unprofessional, irresponsible person. She even didn’t bother to excuse herself for no show, or reschedule. I want to warn Unilocaler to stay away from this person. I waste my whole Sunday waiting for her call. She might be fabulous for house clean, but very unreliable for sure! Please don’t waste your time, go find someone else.

Great job with the floors and getting the spots we usually forget about! Got all the dust and pet hair, even above cabinets. On time and decent price for all she did. Will definitely use again!

Patricia literally just left my house, and I had to jump on Unilocal to recommend her to anyone looking for a great home cleaning experience! Patricia was such a sweetheart, worked very efficiently, and made my house look, feel, and smell spotless. I’ve been using a service for about a year and the last two times just wasn’t thrilled with the result — Patricia is who I’ll be calling every time I need my house cleaned now. We’re expecting a baby in about two weeks so I really wanted to have the house put together before that, and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely give her a call she is worth every penny!

Patricia has been a blessing! I found her on Unilocal about four months ago as I found myself stressed and with no time to maintain my home due to my time consuming job.
I have used Patricia’s services on various occasions and she is just excellent. She has excellent attention to detail and leaves my apartment clean and smelling fresh. That is lot to say with a puppy running around!

I found Patricia while reading reviews on Unilocal last Friday. I needed the house cleaned Saturday as we were having guests on Sunday and due to circumstances out of our control we were unable to clean the home ourselves. Patrica asked a few questions about our home and what we wanted and quickly committed to being at our home at 10:30 on Saturday morning. She was on-​time, to the minute, and even sent me a text message to confirm that she was on her way. She exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use her services again. Some of the areas we had her clean were very difficult due to the age of the home. For example our tub has lost most of the porcelain coating which makes it very difficult to clean and she did a fantastic job. The floors were a concern as they are old hardwood and tile floors with grout that has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. If we owned the home we would refinish the hardwood and replace the tile floor but spending that kind of money isn’t a reasonable option for us.

Fantastic! I was looking for a regular cleaning service in the Long Beach area, and I think I’ve found one. Patricia was flexible making an appointment, and showed up on time. She took care of the areas that I pointed out and more. Definitely did a great job!

We’ve tried 4 – 5 cleaning services and Patricia is the best — by far! She has an amazing attitude, she’s on time and she goes above-​n-​beyond our requests! She continually under-​promises and over-​delivers on our expectations!

Patricia was very friendly, a great communicator and did a nice job. I was able to schedule a service for 2 days from when I contacted her and she made a serious effort to touch bases with me in case anything changed.
