Dr. Lee and all of his staff are fantastic. Always friendly and professional. Our daughter’s treatment wasn’t easy or quick but Dr. Lee wouldn’t give up until she had the best smile possible. We are very happy with the service and the outcome. Thank you!

We’ve been with Dr. Lee for over a year, we are more than satisfied with the professional, courteous service provided. The office is clean, technologically equipped, appointments are always on time. From the research we gathered prior to starting treatment, his rates are very reasonable. Office staff are friendly, accommodating and organized.
We especially appreciate Dr. Lee’s skill and approach to orthodontics: a combination of conservative perfectionism. He always gives a little update of the progress after every visit. It’s been assuring to see the good progress just half way through treatment.
As a bonus, his office is conveniently located in the Amerige Heights shopping center where I can drop off, go get coffee/​smoothie couple doors down, or go pick up some groceries, make a Target run across the parking lot, etc. and half hour later come pick up child. (Hope they don’t ever relocate, we have more kids to add to his practice.)

This review is not about clinical competency for the orthodontist or the staff. It’s about their business practice. Hopefully, no one else has to go through this. We just don’t want to do business with a practice where they nickel-​and-​dime you after signing an agreement.
We had agreed to put our twin boys in the practice and signed the contract. The agreed upon price was supposed to cover all services.
We were told within five minutes after signing the paper work that we had go elsewhere for certain services and pay out of pocket. Dr. Lee told us that he did not have the necessary equipment, and that he doesn’t perform enough of the procedure to purchase the equipment to cover the services under the amount we already paid. This is obviously not a good thing to do to your customer within minutes after they join your practice. The office justified this change by the fact that they cut us a «deal.»
We then decided to pay to pull out of the practice now that we’re on to their business practice. At first, I was told by the receptionist (always nice and friendly, by the way) told us Dr. Lee will give us 100% of the money back. It sounded too good to be true to me since I read the agreement. I then asked for a confirmation and I was told, uh, never mind, we need need you to pay an amount to get out of the contract. I went back to the office, got the partial refund, and left before they tried to charge me for anything else.
It’s very difficult to do business with a practice where they don’t honor their formal agreements. It makes you wonder what else they may be doing for their own expedience.

Dr Lee and his staff is very kind, professional and thorough.
We started when our son was in 1^st grade due to an over bite that runs in the family.
We planned for 2 phases.
He is now in 6^th grade and finishing up on his 2^nd phase. Unfortunately we have to move and we are so sad we cannot continue with Dr Lee.
They are professional and perfectionist so you won’t get Mickey Mouse work here!

dr lee is very skilled & professional in his practice. he knows what hes doing & i am extremely pleased with the results of my sons teeth! the staff is friendly. the office is clean. they r great with appt reminder phone calls & accomodating to schedule changes. 5 stars for sure!
