Went to the O’Reilly’s on Ball and Beach the first time and the guy didnt even secure our new battery properly! We didnt even noticr until our car wouldnt start in this O’Reilly/Food4Less parking lot. We were greeted and helped by Nathalie and she noticed the big mistake by the last guy. She fixed it! We thought the alternator was out! Thank goodness for her! We will be making this our PERMANENT O’Reilly’s for our car needs!

The dreaded happened to me this morning, my battery died :(
After I got it jumped I drove to O’Reilly to get a new battery, as soon as I walked in Alex assisted me and he was awesome! I’m a stickler for customer service and he definitely exceeded it, not only did he help me pick out the right battery for the right price he also installed it for me and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I went here the other day because of a bad battery. Mike helped me out by testing and replacing my battery. I saw a sign for tool rental but whine I inquired about it he said he’d help me out with it. He completed changed my battery himself and also added some gel to prevent corrosion. He was very helpful I would highly recommend this location to anyone with car troubles.

My car batter died for no apparent reason. Goodness ! It was only 5 and a half years old. Anyways I walk in to this O’Reilly store with my battery and was greeted by a helpful staff. They quickly ran tests on the battery for free. When told that it was dead and was about to buy a new one. They told me that the battery is from Autozone and they’ll probably have a prorated warranty and I could save some $$s. This was nice I though, giving the right suggestion to customer even if it meant losing out on business. Autozone indeed had a warranty and I did save 30 bucks.

This location is not actually the one I used but for some reason Unilocal doesn’t have the two closest stores near me. I’ve been to two of these locations and the service is great and the people are helpful. They helped me install 1) cabin air filter, 2) Rear stop light bulb, 3) Spark Plugs! That last one was one I never thought I could do but it turned out to be pretty easy. I found out later from doing some research that I bought some poor quality spark plugs. I’ll have to go back and purchase the recommended NGK spark plugs a year or two from now. Going here has ended up saving me $$ from labor charges.
