This place has surely gone downhill! I recently stopped by because I was in the area and just happened to pass by, so I figured I’d stop by to see if there were any cute clothes. To my dismay, I ended up seeing a lot of the same items I saw in 2011 here! Now, I understand that turnover is probably pretty low, since this place doesn’t seem to get that much business(when I went, I was the only one in the store). But… it just seems REALLY outdated to me that they’re still selling clothing from two years ago! In fact, I even saw a tank top I had purchased nearly two years ago… anddd, they still had like 50 of the same tank top in two different colors! Which means, they’ll probably have that tank for quiiiiite awhile, I’m sure. Also, I noticed that because some of the clothes have been sitting here for so long, they appear to be decaying. Some of the clothes I looked at had a lot of yellow-ish stains on them, which could have been a manufacturing defect or just because the clothes have been sitting for so long… but umm, either way… I probably won’t be coming here anymore. Sad because I thought this store had pretty cute clothes, but I just don’t feel quite comfortable wearing last last last last last last season’s clothes! :-/

Ok this place. THIS. PLACE. Basically, anything I own in my closet from Splendid comes from The OC Outlet. Their prices are mad low for what you’re getting. These are real-deal designers that sell in Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdale’s, etc, people. These all seem to be factory-rejected items, though – nicks on fabric, small holes that have been repaired, so look over every single item intensely before you buy it. All of them should be in wearable condition, but obviously, some are in better condition than others! A great majority of the stuff in the store retails for almost $ 100, so it’s such a thrill to see them all priced at under $ 20. Most of these brands are made in the USA and use really nice fabric, so everything is a serious steal. Don’t come too often – I think their inventory turnover is pretty slow, but I anticipate coming here several times a year to stock up on fashionable basics!

I stopped in today. I was expecting more based on the reviews listed below. This is not a place for an over 35 year old woman, unless of course you are dressing as a younger woman would. The place is small and inventory is as well. The lady at the counter said the products are«last season». For last season, I have to say the items are over priced. I saw one pair of shorts with a large Pen or Marker mark at the waist with a price tag of $ 19.99. Really? $ 19.99 for a pair of shorts with a possible permanent stain? A parking lot is behind the store fronts. Parking is free in the Parking lot.

OC Outlet’s clothes have a Forever 21 feel to them. Trendy but made with cheapish materials. I’m a little confused as to whether this place sells new or slightly used clothing after reading previous reviews. But most of the clothing definitely looks new. If you dig deeper and look at the tags, you’ll see some brand name items. A good selection of clearance items, ranging from 15% to 50% off. Not bad. The clothes rack on the outside near the entrance were stocked with shirts for $ 5. I found the dresses to be on the pricey side. Dresses that cost $ 30 to $ 40 didn’t seem to be worth the price. So there are a whole range of prices in this store. The stuff that was not on clearance were mostly casual blouses(lots of stripes… I guess it’s the trend?) and jackets. Good selection of purses in the store. Good to peruse. You might find a good designer deal.

Saw a dress in the window at this shop on Friday night. It looked like it would cost about $ 100. Went back to try it on and it was $ 17.99. They have beautiful designer women’s clothing most under $ 40. Note: You need to look through to find the treasures!

Good(clean!) store with lots of different designer(and non-designer) brands at discount/sale prices. Selection can be limited but they have clothes from Ella Moss, Splendid, aude, UO Silent+Noise and more, plenty of nice and pretty prom/evening gown dresses in the back, and purses from COACH, Michael Kors, B. Makowsky, Steve Madden, Juicy, and more! Designer purses ranged from $ 100-$ 250 depending on the brand/style/condition — there was a slightly beaten up B. Makowsky leather hobo for $ 149. Tops ranged from $ 10 – 20 and casual dresses $ 20 – 30. I found a pile of dresses from UO that sold $ 59 retail, here for only $ 19.99(UO sale price). The owner is really nice. She told me she gets everything from overstock so that she can sell it here for you for cheaper, score! If you’re lucky, you can score some nice pieces. I found a cute aude maxi dress for $ 19.99, normally retails at $ 100+.

Love the selection of purses!!! I walked by here a few times with the boif. Swore I’d stop in someday as soon as I had the moola. I finally did stop in to buy a zebra print purse for my friend’s birthday. O… M… G… The purse selection goes all the way back into the store and they have various other things. Clothes, accessories… Its a great place at a great price! I hope this place never closes cause this is my one stop shop for glamour and heaven!!!

If you love DESIGNER fashion at such amazing prices, then please stop by and support this local business as I TOO do not want this store to ever go away! I actually stepped into this store today(after passing by it like 7 months), and I now wished I shopped here sooner! The store is filled with a lot of my favorite designers and brands, Ella Moss, Splendid, Free People, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters… I’ve also seen 7 For all Mankind, Juicy Couture, etc… Adore it all!!! I love the prices too! I bought a Splendid shirt and Ella Moss shirt for a total of $ 30 combined… I also bought a cute Anthropologie-esque skirt and and tank for $ 22! What??? Freakin’ amazing!!! It’s dangerous for my bank account now that a store like this is near my house! All there stuff is just sooooooooooo great :)

Going back and forth between A-OK & Yay I am a fan and here is why, the prices are great, the selection not so much. This can be a good thing if you are out with your GF’s and want to dig, chat and have a fun fashion show in the dressing rooms together. A lot of variety and I am not exaggerating, clothing, jewelry, hats, glasses… the works but with that comes stuff that I have no idea would ever sell. So for every really cute dress you find, there will be a handful that you will say«NEXT!» when you are flipping through those hangers. I do have to admit that I did find a very cute christa-esque dress that is extremely versatile and can match any season depending on tights and footwear. This dress was a steal, for only $ 19 I have me yet another little black staple dress that I know I will wear at least 19 times, which only makes the dress cost a $ 1 each time. Erica D. and I price out clothes this way when shopping. You ask yourself… how much am I going to wear this and get use out of this item and compare that to the price to find the value of the item and if it is worth getting and you have yourself an answer. I say add this place to your DTF shopping list. Shop small stores in the area and support small businesses.

I am actually a little hesitant to write this review because I don’t want you all to take all of the good clothes :) ! But I need you to buy some clothes so you can keep OC Outlet in business so I can continue to buy clothes. So here I go. OC Outlet is a fusion of Anthropologie, Free People, and Buffalo Exchange. I don’t know how she does it, but the owner gets very lightly used or surplus clothing from great stores and brings them to us in DT Fullerton. I go there basically every day, and seem to always walk out with something. She has a whole wall of designer jeans(Hudson, Kitson, etc) for under $ 40, lots of different sweaters and shirts(sadly, the same ones I bought from Anthro for about 5x the price), scarves, headbands, dresses, purses, candles, you name it(except shoes). From what I’ve gathered, the front of the store is the new merchandise, while the racks toward the back are the consignment/Buffalo clothes. All of the clothing is reasonably priced. The owner does not try to take advantage of the customers, and even made sure that I knew about a stain that was on one of the sweaters and dropped the price about 10 bucks for me. She is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. One kind of so-so aspect of the store is the return policy. You must bring it back within 7 days, and when you do, you get in store credit. Which is fine for me, but might be helpful for some others to know. Check it out. Not one of my friends that I have brought to OC Outlet has been disappointed.
