Shannon is an amazing healer. She really took the time for our session, is very intuitive and spot on with her ideas, and gave me homework exercises to work on at home. My chronic pain already feel better! I would highly recommend her services!

I am 6 months pregnant and have been having terrible siatic pain on my right side. Shannon helped with my posture and walk and incorporate awareness of my stance into my daily life. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I do not have as much siatic pain and only from one session. I am looking forward to my next rolfing! Shannon is amazing. Beautiful light! I highly recommend her.

If you want to be healed from a multitude of different types of ailments from migraines, arthritis to diseases that you need/​want alternative treatment for Shannon is who you need to call. Not only have I had treatments from her and yes I use treatments because it’s so much more than a «massage», she has taught me about so many different types of things I can incorporate into my daily life to get better. She is always learning which in turn I’m always learning every time I have a session from Shannon. This is a body and mind experience. I recommend her highly. You will LOVE how you feel!!!

Shannon is truly a healer. Her treatments are the only thing that provide lasting relief from my arthritis pain. She also gives me exercises to do on my own which have proven to be very helpful. She is caring and has a lot of knowledge and techniques in her toolbox. When my sister was visiting from out of state, I brought her to Shannon for rolfing. It helped her so much that she sought out a rolfer in her state for additional sessions. Her report was that all rolfers are not equal. Shannon is exceptional. I would, and do, recommend her to my family and friends.

Shannon is an amazing body worker. She is grounded and down to earth, allowing my stress to melt away. Her environment is peaceful and relaxing. Her touch is intuitive. Being a drummer, I saw Shannon to help with specific areas. My neck, back and arms always feel amazing after a session with Shannon. Highly Recommended!
