We are very happy how Atty Joshua has handled our case. He took his time to understand our situation from the very first counsel we had over the phone. English is our second language so its a little hard for us to explain our situation but he took his time to understand us which was one of the reasons why he seemed to be different from other attorneys we initally spoke with. He was very honest, articulate, thorough and response time was very fast.
Thank you to Atty Joshua, we were educated extensively of our rights as an employee and my employer has accommodated my request.

I appreciated Joshua’s honesty and that he referred me to website to look for an Employment Law attorney, as he said he could not handle my case. (not a problem.)
My only complaint would be that the conversation that I had with him over the phone was not a pleasant experience.
I felt rushed in explaining my case, I understand that we all have busy schedules, and lives but there’s not need to be rushing/​interrupting a prospective client off the phone or rushing them to explain their case.
I spoke with another attorney who took the time to hear my case (picked it up). And the conversation with that firm was extremely pleasant the intake coordinator took the time to hear my case, and sincerely sounded that she felt bad for the things that I endured at work.
I also didn’t appreciate Joshua’s personal opinion on my case. He told me that he thought that in a few months I would see my case differently, and that I would «get over it.»
I told him that I doubted that because I was not a sue-​happy person and that in
my 10+ years or working in my industry I’ve never had to sue anyone or dealt with the kind of situation I was dealing with. I also told him that I don’t walk out on $ 20,000 assignments.
Even if Joshua would have accepted my case, I don’t think I would have hired him as our personalities are completely different when it comes to Customer Service.
But I will add that I did get the feeling that if he took your case he would probably be good at interrogating the other parties involved, which is a good thing.

I have been a business owner for almost 7 years and my employee manuals was five years outdated. I had Mr. Lee review and update my employee manual including the implementation of the new sick leave policies. I felt relieved to be finally updated on the employee laws. I would highly recommend Mr Lee on his professionalism and his knowledge of the updated employee laws. I’m going through a very difficult time with my employer. I had to find out my rights as an employee in the State of California. I was scheduled for a meeting with the top brass, under the assumption i was being let go. I was scrambling around the day before my meeting seeking legal advice. I called a few lawyers giving them some background about my situation, they seemed lethargic, without passion.

I had some work related issues and decided to give Josh a call. We discussed the issues over the phone and he told me his thoughts on the situations. He gave me a couple of options on how we could go about handling my issues if I decided to go forth with it. He didn’t seem like he was in a rush and really listed to what I was saying and giving me feed back on each item, he even threw in lawyer jargon here and there when there were situations where he knew I could go after my ex employer.

I recently lost my Father and have been hitting one dead end after another in trying to manage his estate.
