Infuse Designs Lighting & Draping Decór

I booked this company on 11/​18/​2015 for my wedding on March 26, 2016. I put down the initial deposit on ¹¹⁄₁₈ and made the final payment on 2÷8÷2016 so I could avoid having to do business with any vendors on my wedding day. On my wedding day, infuse designs came out and installed my drapery and 15 min before I walked down the aisle, claimed they needed final payment. I had my bridesmaid let them know I had made the final payment a month prior. Luis INSISTED I give him more and would not leave the venue. I had 2 bridesmaids barely get ready and my mother also due to having been harassed right before my walk down. I was extremely upset because it was in the evening and I could not provide them proof at that time. They stayed waiting around for an hour and eventually disappeared. The next day, I sent them an email with attachments showing the amounts deducted from my bank and advised I would not recommend their services. It was THEIR mistake and I have yet to even receive an apology. All my other vendors I gave 5 stars to except this one. If you decide to book them, keep records of payment. I don’t know if this was a scam to get more money in the midst of my chaotic day or a legitimate mistake on their part with no admittance of wrong doing. Beware.P.S the drapes were EXTREMELY wrinkled. I would recommend making sure you ask for them to be steamed IF you take the risk in booking this company.

I was under a tight budget by the time I decided to look for a lighting vendor for my wedding reception, but I was lucky I found Infuse Designs! Luis offered a package with very fair pricing compared to the tons of other lighting vendors I contacted.
I really appreciated how Luis was willing to meet me at the venue prior to signing a contract. This allowed me to see some of his lighting equipment and made me comfortable that he and the staff knew what to do for my wedding night. He also recommended an idea to set up draping at the entrance, which was a great idea and helped set an elegant tone for the wedding.
Luis was very responsive in the beginning, but became less so after the contract was signed. There were times when I had to follow up with him to get a response. About a week before the wedding, I asked what time he and his staff would arrive at the venue to begin setting up (he told me approximately 2 hours during our initial walkthrough), but he just kept saying he would let me know, but he never did. On my wedding day, my florist texted me 10 minutes before my ceremony began to tell me that he didn’t even arrive yet! This definitely made me worry, considering it was less than 2 hours before the wedding reception start time.
The rating I’d give Infuse Designs would be close to four and a half stars, but I’m rounding up. The lack of responsiveness definitely caused quite a bit of unnecessary stress, but ultimately the lighting and draping looked nice (the uplights really help set the mood for the wedding) and the amount I paid for the lighting & draping service was worth the price. I recommend Infuse Designs if you are under a tight budget but still want some beautiful lighting/​draping for your wedding.

We are having a backyard wedding this weekend and needed a spa and garage door concealed with drapery. The owner of Infuse Designs, Luis, came over last night and put up the pipe and drapes and did the lighting and it looks AMAZING. I was worried about it and he far exceeded my expectations. Not only does he do fantastic work but he’s just a really nice person. Highly recommend him for wedding drapery and lighting.

Infuse Designs did a great job at our wedding! Late in our wedding planning stages, we decided to add some drapery and lighting for our reception. We contacted Luis just weeks before our wedding this past July, and he was extremely helpful. He met with us on location and took all of the measurements and tested several different lighting variations in the room for us. This process made everything so much easier for us to truly visualize what the final product would look like in the actual reception area. Not only were they able to pull this off on short notice, but they only had 2 hours to assemble the drapery and lighting for our reception. The fact that they were able to do all of this for us definitely impressed us. We asked a lot out of Luis and his team, and they were able to deliver for us. The lighting and drapery looked fantastic at our reception and really made the event even more special. Infuse Design added a level of elegance to our space.
