Fullerton Foot and Ankle Specialists

Went into the office today as a new patient with right heel pain. My GP had referred me here after about a year of me complaining my foot hurt. Turns out I have a heel spur and plantar facitis. I had an injection on my heel, that wasn’t pleasnt. However Dr. Naasz was very polite, professional, very informative, even fun. Glad I was referred here, the office staff is great as well.

I went to Dr. Naasz with my painful ingrown toenail. You do have to wait quite awhile in the waiting room and then again in the patient room but he is well worth waiting for! He put me at ease immediately. He was friendly, warm and made me laugh. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and how I would need to care for it in the following weeks. I went home with a numb toe and was expecting to feel some amount of pain after the numbness wore off but to my surprise I had NO pain whatsoever! Even the next day I had no pain from the surgical procedure. He obviously is excellent at what he does!
It’s been 3 weeks now and NO complications at all. I am able to wear enclosed shoes again and the walk in comfort! Many thanks to Dr. Naasz. I highly recommend him!

Dr Naasz needs some serious help with his bed-​side manner. He came into the room, never introduced himself, wasn’t wearing a white coat, never looked at my face, only my foot and left without saying more than two words. I will not be back to see him

My mom went there for feet swelling. She had an appointment. At some point she was taken into a room and told to lay down and out feet in these stirrups. At least one half hour passed and no one came in after being told she would be seen shortly. My mom is 85 and was in pain and frightened after being left alone for so long. She could not get out of the stirrups.
The doc finally came in and said he was behind but would come back. My mom was so shaken up she could not speak.
When he finally came back she told him how she felt and needed to leave. No procedure was given but he billed Medicare anyway and then billed my mom.
When she got the envelopes from him, she Tossed them not knowing they were bills. She thought they were trying to get her to come back.
Perhaps she should have opened them but at 85, her mental ability or judgement is not good.
Whole my mom was visiting my brother for a couple of days. I stopped at her house to get her mail Nd found a letter from a collection agency. I called them and explained but they said I had to call the doctor which I did.
After an hold for 10 minutes Cherise came on and I explained what happened. Yes I got emotional and raised my voice but never was rude or yelled at her like she kept a using me of. I tried to ask her how she would feel if her mother was treated that way but got no sympathy at all. I asked to speak to the doctor and she refused to even tale my name or number because of my attitude. Can you believe that! She never said she was sorry for what my mom went through or show any concern. She kept telling me my mom should have opened the mail.
If they do not take care of this I will report them to the medical or foot board. I will not let my mom be treated in this way. Would you? They are totally taking advantage of her. How many others have they done this to?

I had to come in for a mini emergency and they got me right in on the same day. They were more than accommodating and all of the staff were incredibly nice. I saw Dr. LeJeune and he was really polite and understanding and did not scold me for trying to play my own doctor. He explained options and was very quick and efficient. Amazing place with awesome staff. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the level of respect and courtesy that I was treated with at Doctor Eric Naasz’s office. He is a talented doctor, answered all of my questions, and took the time to listen to my concerns after my surgery. I’m grateful to have Dr. Eric Naasz. He is kind, personable, funny and his staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend him!
