I’ll start off by saying this is only my third time at an Asian massage place. I am used to massages from Burke Williams or Glen Ivy. It was very clean, and they had calming sounds playing, both good. I was put in a big room with about 5 other people getting massages too… that I’m not used to. The ladies giving the massages would talk to each other often, which I thought was a bit distracting. And one of them(not mine) had a cold, so I could hear her coughing and snorting a lot, kinda gross, but fine. Now for the massage part… I am a baby when it comes to pressure, so the massage was a bit rough for me. I got the 60 minute foot massage, so I thought I would only be getting my feet massaged, but they did my whole body. I like a lot of pressure on my feet, but just a little everywhere else. This lady who gave me my massage had pretty intense pressure throughout. At some points I would cringe. But, my fault for not saying anything. I LOVED my foot/leg massage. That was awesome. I might go back if I’m in the area. Great deal for only $ 20.

The WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I was given a gift card for a 60 minute body massage from my boyfriend for the Four Season Spa. I was really looking forward to a relaxing day, since it had been over three years since I had last received a professional body massage. I booked an appointment, and got there on time with a few minutes to spare. The workers were busy in the front with two other clients, so they told me to go into one of the empty rooms. I waited another 10 minutes before someone came in and told me what to do, and asked again what type of massage I had wanted. The 50+ masseuse was doing a fairly good job with my massage in the beginning and middle of the session. But then, she walked out of the room not once, but FOUR different times to get more supplies, and each time she had left, she had left the door OPEN. I was obviously not dressed during any of those times. This was very UNPROFESSIONAL, and made me very uncomfortable. Not to mention her walking back and forth took into my session time. After I get redressed and gathered up my belongings, I walk up to the front and get ready to pay with the gift card I was given. I hand over the gift card to the 50+ masseuse who gave me my massage, she then gives me a confused look, and then walks over to the other masseuse(I assume she’s the owner/manager) who was busy massaging another client. The other masseuse tells me, «it’s okay,» referring to me being able to use my gift card. And so then I try to hand the masseuse a 16% tip in cash, she again gives me a confused look, and tells the other masseuse something in Mandarin. The other masseuse then tells me «It’s 20% tips.» Now I’m confused, WASSHEREALLYTELLINGMEHOWMUCHTOTIP? So the masseuse comes back to me, and says«$ 10,» I tell her«Sorry, I only have $ 8 in cash(for the $ 50 massage), and give it to her. She then takes the cash and walks to the back without any word. SOFRICKENRUDE!!! I then look at the other masseuse and several other masseuses who are in the front, finish drinking my cup of water, and then ask«Am okay to leave now.»(Making sure I didn’t owe anything.) She says«Yes,» and that was it. Not even any thank you, goodbye, or have a nice day! Also turns out that my boyfriend said he already included tip on the gift card, so they just scammed me So needless to say, I AMNEVERGOINGBACKTHEREAGAIN! I should have taken my tip money back, and walked right out. Ungrateful people. Thanks for ruining my relaxation.

Worst massage ever I had massage for years from many different countries, and from many different places in USA and this place is the worst on massage. They are not professional massager but seems like they learned from their chinese grand parents. They are not pushing correct spot on my body so i didnt feel any refreshness but just felt hurt. I even said stop pushing my back because it hurt too much. After massage, I didnt feel any refreshness and didnt satisfied with their service so decided to give little tips. However this chinese receptionist forced me to pay 20% of tips and saying its mandatory. I was about to call police to report their way of asking(not asking but forcing customer) for tips, but just paid 20 dollars and left the place. If you are planning to go for massage, please dont waste your money and time from this place. I dont want you guys to feel the same as me.

I have to have body massage almost every two weeks and have been many places. This place is very clean, spacious, quiet and reasonably priced. The only bad thing is that after 30 minutes foot massage in the lobby, we have to go to other room for remaining body massage. This disturbs the flow of relaxing body massage. It is like you almost fall asleep and then you have to wake up to walk to other room. Also, they leave massage area more often than other places while massage session either to pick up hot towels or something else. Not many places are perfect. For me, quiet and clean place is more important.

I have passed by this location several times and my curiosity got the best of me and I went in and got their 1 hour combo: 30 min foot massage and 30 min back massage. The foot massage was fine but the back massage was a different story. I have never had an asian establishment massage so I wasn’t sure what techniques are used. Its totally different from a Burke Williams and other day spas. But boy, it was rougher than anything I have experienced. I had a guy masseuse and his massage felt haphazard after a while. Maybe he was getting tired and it felt rougher.

I don’t know what to trust about this place. First off from my four experience here I have to say that Jeff is the best person there. He’s strong enough to hit your pressure spot but it’s not a painful hurt. the past two times I went it was a walk in so my fault for not making an appointment with Jeff but like I hope the other workers can show some empathy for a dissatisfied customer. The other guy I got it from besides Jeff was pretty much rubbing lotion on my foot and pushing my back like he’s pushing the swings… I told him to try better and the result was the same. i don’t know if the owner is the cashier lady, but I told her it was not good like it was ‘bad’ and pretty much that was the end of it. Like I don’t need discounts I didn’t even use the Unilocal check in and stuff, but I never felt the need to emphasize how bad it is that I wished The owner would say something like hey I’ll just relieve your knots for a couple minutes … or something. It makes me more tense writing this review. Be aware! Pretty much blew thirty bucks

This place is so clean it looks like they opened yesterday. The rooms are big, simple, and the overall ambiance is very minimal and relaxing. It’s not the typical spa with candles and aromas but if you’re looking for a great massage in a super clean environment this is the place to go. Ask for Jessi, she’s great!

J.C. was amazing! She has strong hands and a great technique. I had a bad fall last week and my back had been hurting so much it became unbearable. After J.C. was done massaging me I was able to walk out with my back straight and significantly less pain. I will definitely return.

I definitely recommend and will only come here no where else. This place is better than massage envy. Great prices and wonderful massages for my husband and i! love it!

I very much enjoyed my experience here! It is very clean, quiet and everyone was very kind. There’s quite a few foot massages businesses in the area now, many of which I’ve tried and enjoyed but what makes this one stand out to me is how nice and accommodating everyone is.

If you’ve ever been to a foot massage, especially in Little Saigon, you know that most of these are run by Chinese people. This one is no exception. Located in the Amerige Heights shopping plaza, next to Target(where the old Payless shoes used to be) is this Chinese foot massage place. Pros: — you are fully clothed during the session — you don’t have to go to Little Saigon for a foot massage — it’s very clean, it should be since it’s brand-new — the services were very quiet. I could not hear the other people that were receiving their treatment. Cons: — they don’t speak a lot of English. Mandarin(Chinese) is the primary language here. — it’s a bit pricey. Without the grand opening specials, foot massages start at $ 30. That’s $ 10-$ 15 more than Little Saigon. I stopped by at 8:15 pm on a Tuesday night. I asked what time was the next available appointment, and the lady said if I can go right now, Jeff could help me. I typically do not have good experiences with a male masseuse. I’m afraid this was no exception. I selected the combo package: 30 minutes foot massage and 30 minutes body massage for $ 40($ 35 with the grand opening special) Jeff started me in the common room, laying face up and my feet in a bucket of warm water. He draped a towel over my body, as he massaged my scalp, neck, temple, legs and thighs. He removed my feet from the water, and with oil he deeply massaged feet, toes and even bones and he used his elbows to really dig in. A few times I had to Unilocal«ow!» because he was tenderizing me like a slab of meat. If you watch the tv show, The Amazing Race, there was the segment the contestants were getting a painful foot massage. I was getting one of those. My muscles would involuntarily tense up to counteract his deep kneading. After the half hour was done, he moved me to a private room and asked me to lie face down. I assumed it was still fully clothed since there was only a bath towel on the table. He MAN-handle me. Deep tissued me. Kneaded me. Pulverized me. Take your pick. He was using his entire 200+ weight on my 120 pound frame, using elbows, forearms, knuckles and whatever method to work my back, shoulder, arms, rib cage and thighs. Quite honestly it wasn’t relaxing at all. I felt like I was a car in one of those gas station car washes, getting pulverized by rolling brushes, with enough force to shake the car. There was no smooth, gentle long Swedish strokes. It was an earthquake or convulsion of movements used for circulation, rather than relaxation. Multiple times I Unilocaled«ouch!» or better yet: OW! OW! I do wonder if these Chinese massage people are trained or have taken one anatomy or kinesiology class. There was some times he was massaging bone, other times he was deep tissuing my buttocks. Overall I wasn’t happy with my treatment, and genuinely disappointed because it’s literally 2 minutes from my home, and I was so looking forward to using this location. I woke up the next day very sore, like I got my butt kicked. I actually feel worse than when I started. My lower back hurts, and my shoulders are still tense. I may give it another try, but not with Jeff. Perhaps a woman, and hopefully not one who enjoys inflicting pain. If you’re into deep tissue, ask for Jeff. I may need to visit Burke Williams for some TLC.
