Jane and Catherine were wonderful! They helped us clear quickly, efficiently, and
they were thoughtful and sensitive to our needs. I got emotional once because I saw some
gloves that belonged to my Dad, they were very kind. They brought along organizing supplies and gave tips on how to organize items.

My home became cluttered with stuff over the past 20 years in Los Angeles and it was not the way I wanted it to be. It was embarrassing to have people come over because every room was filled with stuff with little to no space to sit. When I spoke with Jane the first time, she gave me hope that my space could be cleared. She and her assistants came to help me gently and kindly clear out my home. I was committed to make this work and would estimate we got rid of nearly 60% of everything I owned. I was so happy to see my living room and garage floors which were covered with my belongings. No matter how much stuff, the dirt/​grime in some areas, they were professional and helped me go through all of my belongings.
In addition, Jane and her team were nice enough to take things to the Goodwill /​re-​cycle to other organizations. I have a physical problem and I could not make the multiple trips up and down my stairs with the stuff. If it wasn’t for Jane I would not been able to move for my new job. What I appreciate is Jane’s positive attitude — her professionalism and confidentiality. Her vision to see where my place could be to help me see how to better organize and how to reduce my stuff. And Jane’s recommendation for the multiple sessions was spot on to organize all of my space (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and garage).

Let me start by saying that I’m a bit of a «pack rat». I recently had a custom walk-​in closet added to my home. I called Jane because she came highly recommended by a trusted friend. She made me feel comfortable and even when she saw ALL MY CRAP, she made it seem as though it was no problem. Jane and her helper came out for 2 four hour sessions. The transformation was incredible. Where I could barely access my bed, now I have a completely organized bedroom and closet. Jane can organize anything. I never felt pressured to get rid of anything, although throughout the process I discovered I didn’t need so many things, and donated several bags of clothing, shoes and stuff.
I would absolutely recommend Clutter Control. They are professional, fast and I felt like she and I were BFF’s when we were done. I would absolutely hire her for help in Other areas of my home. She also taught me skills that are priceless.

So, my parents have really come upon difficult times, and my dad has finally shown chinks in his armor. As sad as that was to realize, it was really and truly wonderful to discover Jane and her team and there ability to buff some of those dings out. My wife, daughter, and I were out to Cali for our yearly visit, and the dust and clutter was out of control and it was obvious that my parents needed help that I had been too distracted and too consumed with my own things all the way in NYC to give to them. We found Clutter Control Organizing Service online and called and they came in and got right to work. Day 1 and their bedroom went back to what it looked like in the 90s. Day 2 and the «work-​room» had space to work again. Day 3 and the house, from front to back, was clear, organized, breathable, and, finally, entertainable again. Thank you, Jane and team, for giving them their house back, and making my wife and I feel like we did something invaluable for my parents.

I just finished a transformative six hour session with Jane and her assistant, Rosalee, and I am so thrilled I had to right a review right away (I’ve been on Unilocal for years and never bothered to write any business a review). My entire house was disorganized, cluttered, and messy. My bedroom and closet had not been cleaned at all in years and the ground was littered with layers of clothes. We spent the first 3 hours on getting my vast array of paperwork under control. My husband and I are recent graduates and I’m starting grad school in the fall, so a functional home office space is a priority. Jane patiently taught me a relatively simple filling system and then proceeded to set it up for me. Rosalee made neat label-​maker made stickers to identify each file. After we set up a system, we got through about ²⁄₃ of my 4+ file boxes of paperwork. All supplies are included in her price and she brought a variety of trays, file folders, and boxes. She also organized the interior of my desk and consolidated my wealth of office supplies into a container. The second 3 hours magically transformed my bedroom. My dressers, which were covered in medication, cosmetics, jewelery, and other items, were completed cleared off, dusted, and the organized in clear labeled boxes. We weaned down and organized my extensive shoe collection and went through my bursting at the seems closet. I can now see the floor in my bedroom (that’s a big deal!) and Jane even swept multiple times, making an extra effort to sweep under the very dusty bed. We also organized my dresser, purses, and scarves. The room is a totally different space now and I am so relieved. I had a serious disorganization and clutter problem and I can now say I am on the road to recovery. We even had time to make progress on my dinning room and she got my dinning room table cleared (also a big deal). Jane was very nice, non judgemental, hardworking, extremely kind, and very accomodating. She came all the way to South Pasadena from Fullerton for no additional charge and she gave me an excellent deal. She is worth every penny. If you are disorganized or even a hoarder, she can help you. I highly, highly recommend Clutter Control. She also packed her car as full as possible with my clothes donations and hauled them away!
