I have been here a few times mostly because of the convenience of being right next to Target. The first time I came there was a large amount of dryers broken. The second visit, the washer I was using was leaking while my wash was going I informed the attendant and they asked me what happened? Clearly my fault… Third and I must say final time I put a dollar in the change machine and when I let the attendant know it ate my dollar she came out to test the machine and it worked fine. Yay it wasn’t broken but she basically told me I was lying. «Are you sure?» YES I am sure… Really? I hope you enjoy that dollar because after this visit you won’t be getting anymore from me. Okay so I’m half way through my dry and they decided to give me a dollar… Probably won’t be returning anyway.

Very clean, fast and cheap! 15 loads of laundry in 3 hours and for $ 23. Management is helpful with tips for washing in commercial dryers. I went in the AM on the weekday so had no problem getting a machine, although in sure it gets busy during the weekends.

This place is super clean. I had tons of laundry to do and it was a busy day for lots of is that were there but no one was waiting to use machines. I was super impressed that the attendant was keeping it clean wheelie we were all there. Did not make me love laundry mats or anything and I can’t wait for my laundry room remodel to be complete… But if I have to use a laundry mat and am super happy that busy bee is tight down the street.

Very helpful attendant, it was nice that she walked over to the machine with me and showed me how to use it. $ 4 for a large load.

Great laundry folding space. Nice and clean with an on-sight attendant at all times. If you are a busy person they also offer drop off laundry services. Security cameras and vending machines for your comfort. Great spot!

Their sign states that they open at 7:00am and close at 10:00pm. I washed my laundry and put it to dry at about 8pm and went to the store. As I rushed back to pick up my laundry I arrive at Busy Bee Laundry at 9:47pm to find that the laundromat was locked up, lights shut off and not an employee in sight. I was very disappointed especially because some of the clothes were my boyfriend’s work clothes. I woke up early the next morning hoping to grab the clothes before my boyfriend heads to work. I arrive at 6:50am because I want to be the first there when they open. I wait, and wait, and wait… they open up at 7:11am!!! So you’re telling me that you are running a BUSINESS that people rely on and not only do you close early, but you open late. Not professional at all! My boyfriend had to go to work late thanks to their poor staff.

I still marvel at these type of laundromats in California. Alaska has some nice ones too; but, these are very expensive and the Southern California ones are the Gold Standard. What sets the standard is 1) cleanliness, 2) helpful people on staff, 3) things to do in the plaza while laundry gets done.4) cheap!. Busy Bee has it for all 4! It is a real prototype of a standard no frills excellent laundromat. It IS busy, high turnover, meaning it is a blue collar type joint with lots of people being busy bees. There is a subdued busy bee theme in the laundromat too, thinking Blind Melon happy. It is not that big, but there is plenty of room usually and the machines are well maintained. Cost is $ 1.5 per wash and $ 1.25 per dry. The staff is always friendly, it is right next door to a first-rate dry cleaner. Also in the plaza, a Target so you can get additional errands done. Plus, the best thing is the new internet café(Cyber Café) that has bunches of PCs with internet connects starting at $ 3/hour and it goes down from there depending on how long you stay. No coffee(I asked why its a café??) is served inside; but the owner is friendly and allows your own coffees. This place should get a review soon too. The setup in the internet café is mostly for big time gamers. Sometimes, sitting in here you can feel the nothing but death, screams and chaos all around depending upon which group of teens are gaming. but Unilocalers and others are welcome as well, just bring ear phones and caffeine! Yeay, this is a little laundronirvana in Placentia off the 57 on Yorba Linda east one block away!
