Accent On Flowers

I had someone from out of state order flowers from here for me. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, however when I sent a picture to the person who purchased them for me, they weren’t very happy.
They had asked for a long lasting arrangement of flowers, and they were disappointed that some of the roses looked like they were dying. So they called the florist to ask them to go and change out the flowers. They said I could stop by and have them change it out. Not a big deal for me to do, it was on my way home…
This is where I wasn’t impressed at all
The lady knew who I was when I walked in with the flowers. I was like, okay she is going to make this right… but then she made me feel as if it was my fault that the flowers were dying. The arrangement was delivered to my work in the morning, and I got to work at 1:00, there is no way the flowers opened up that quickly and then began to wilt. She told me we must of not had the air on, which in fact it was on. Apparently, I made the mistake of putting my flowers close to an air vent, hoping they would perk up a bit. She then went on and told me that the arrangement was originally $ 95 but they gave the people purchasing a deal of $ 65. This is totally unprofessional and inappropriate.
They did do the right thing in changing out the flowers. They added more flowers than they took out, and added flowers that hadn’t opened up yet. (what the people ordering asked for in the first place.) As I was getting ready to leave, the lady up front reminded me to tip the florist if I was happy with the flowers… Really??? I’m the one who had to come back!

My manager is ill so my department decided to send flowers to her home. We found Accent on Flowers here on Unilocal,went to their website, Rashida helped us place the order, and within an hour we got a thank you email from our manager! The flowers looked perfect, and we even got an email from the delivery driver when they dropped it off. Can’t beat service like that! We will definitely bring her more business in the future!

First time at a flower shop and it was a very pleasant experience. I don’t know a thing about flowers and arrangements, the owner was very informative and helpful! The flowers seemed reasonably priced.

After a Google search for floral graduation caps, I came across Accent on Flowers and knew I had to have her flowers for my graduation day. I dropped in about 4 days before my graduation and told her I wanted something that matched my school colors. The day of my graduation I returned to pick it up a few hours before the ceremony and I was so in love. She did a wonderful job, priced it very fair, and gave me a graduation balloon, which was incredibly sweet of her. I will definitely be back for my future flower needs.

The lady who works there is so nice and accommodating! She was all alone when I saw her but put together an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers for my boss’s daughter on her birthday, and did it very quickly and right on the spot too. I highly recommend this place!

Got introduced through a friend and I couldn’t have asked for more!!! I wanted fresh flower accents on my gradation cap to make myself stand out of the crowd and boy did I get it!
Trisha made a custom flower crown for me off of a sample picture, followed my specifications and even went out of her way to get me the specific flowers I wanted (even though she didn’t have them in stick). Above and BEYOND!
The flower crown looked amazing in my cap and I got sooooo many compliments! It also looked great without the cap as well! I got double use out of it! Awesome!
I wanted yellow and white chrysanthemums and she added other small flowers and greens to really tie it together! It sure made my graduation pictures unique and made me feel special! I was the only one at the whole college graduation with a fresh flower crown on my cap!!! Yyeeesssssss! Mission accomplished!

This place is really hidden and is next to many stores (Liquor, subway, etc) but it’s before MexicAzn so don’t pass it!
So happy that it was open at 6pm on a week DAY! Came to get some get-​well flowers for a family member and the girl who helped me was so sweet! She showed me her samples and though it didn’t fit what I wanted at first, she did her best to give me other options (which did satisfied me in the end).
Flower bouquet was made fresh for me and wasn’t simply taking from the fridge as well. A plus, she also worked with my budget!

My wedding was 10÷13÷12 and they did all of my flowers… I have to say that Trisha was an absolute doll to work with! She made our wedding look so beautiful and it was beyond everything that we had discussed in all of our meetings! If I could give one piece of advice… let Trisha know what your budget is, then bring in pictures (even the ones completely beyond your budget) and tell/​show her about your theme for your wedding. She will make it work, and make it work beautifully! Our theme was black and ivory with all red flowers except for my bouquet and my flower girl’s bouquet of white gerbera daises, «dark, sexy, and romantic» loved it!!!

You don’t have to shop around, just call them. Trisha and her staff will give you best pricing and the most beautiful flowers. My ceremony arrangements were so much bigger than I thought, and my reception area was so dramatic and beautiful with full of flowers. I can guarantee that you will get the biggest and fullest flowers at any of your budget. I couldn’t stop thanking Accent on Flowers!!! AMAZING SERVICE! Trisha was so personable and made it so easy to select what we wanted for our dream wedding!!! AMAZING SERVICE!!! BEAUTIFUL WORK!!! Can’t thank her enough!

What a great find! Trisha, the owner, is a sweetheart! She did my flowers for my engagement party! I had wanted pink calla lilies and orchids to be submerged in water. She executed the idea to a tee! Very easy to work with, she’s very creative but can she definitely follow directions too if you’re particular like me! Her prices are very fair! But even if she were to charge more, I am a firm believer that you do get what you pay for, so call up Trisha the next time you want flowers for a party or for that special someone! Cheers! Boyfriend bought me flowers from here for valentines day. They were sooo beautiful! (i added a pic) He also ordered chocolate covered strawberries from here too. The strawberries were really fresh and sweet. Not sure what kind of chocolate they use to dip their strawberries, but it’s really good.
You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into their flowers.
Boyfriend says the customer service is superb. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
