I was doing business with AA Rad (and Teri) for over 15 years, until this last service changed my mind completely. The reasons are very simple:
* Not all old parts were returned (when requested at the beginning)
* When picking up the vehicle, I found issues with the work performed and had to leave it there
* All work performed, was redone within 6 months
As a — former — long standing customer, I was asked to write a review. At the time I declined. I can only guess the same was asked of others.
I found the last visit both a waste of money (all work redone within 6 months) and time (had to come back three times to pickup vehicle).

Sinceraly thank you for repairing the ac in my 1992 Ford Truck. It hasn’t worked this well since it was new. The tuneup has really made a difference in the gas mileage. The estimate I received was very reasonable from you and your service was very professional. Thank you J. Jones

I’ve been verrry happy with Terri at AA Automotive. She’s taken good care of my car and has advised me on things to do that will keep my car running well for the future. I like that they always look around wherever they are working and let me know of things to be aware of and to think about in the future. I had a screw in my tire once and her connections to the good folks at Phillips tire patched it for free… they didn’t just plug it.
I don’t get the sense that they’re just out to keep trying to do more work. Rather, they educate and inform me and they feel more like my team. I’ve also noticed that she always try’s to get me the best replacements parts at the best price. Everything done has lasted and I’m just extremely satisfied. As former mayor of fullerton i’m proud to know we have honorable businesses like AA Automotive in Fullerton.

Extremely satisfied with the work done at AA automotive. Terry is very knowledge and has helped me save a lot of money on my automotive repairs. Other places quoted me a high price, but Terry gave me a fair price and awesome customer service. I will be back time and time for future repairs!

I’ve decided to try out this place. I’m a contractor and had a need for a reliable, honest mechanics. Well, I’ve founded. These people are amazing. From the quote and the performance of their service, everything right on the spot. They were prompt and reasonable with the price. When Terry (the owner) find out I was a Veteran? She gave me an addition 5% over the whole quote.
I will recommend this place as one of those few hidden gems of Fullerton, to go and try them out. I know I’m coming back. I love to support local businesses!
