After a horrible experience with Ritz Plumbing who charged me $ 375 and did nothing to fix a backed up sewer line, we called A-​1 at 8:30 at night on a Sunday… holiday weekend too! He sent a very nice man who fixed the problem and charged us only $ 200! So thankful!

The owner Dan and his employee Elbert is superb. Our 3^rd floor leaked to the 2^nd floor and flooded the entire 2^nd floor. You can imagine how stressful that can be.
Dan understood the urgency to get someone over to help me the same day. Therefore, he sent over Elbert, who diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Elbert wasted no time and started working on it immediately. Within a couple of hours, everything was taken care of.
Because the issue was so big that it affected my garage. The ceilings are soaked with water and my garage does not open. Which I will need an Electrician and someone who knows how to fix the dry wall. Elbert gave me a couple of referrals, which will take extra burden off of me. I will ONLY use A-​1 Speedy Rooter and Plumbing whenever I need a highly experienced and professional Plumber.

I’ve now used A1 Speedy Rooters three times for 3 different plumbing issues. I stumbled onto them about a year ago. Dan showed up on time and fixed my outdoor drainage problem. He suggested a preventive drain clean out in about a year. I knew he was not doing this to expand his own business. I’d been told to have my yard drains cleaned annually by other plumbers. His courteousness, work quality, cleanup and charges were fair.
When an unexpected indoor plumbing problem emerged a few months later, I called Dan. He came to the house and gave me a couple of repair options. He fixed it and there has been no occurrence.
It’s been a year since Dan first serviced my yard drains. On cue, he called me and asked if I wanted him to clean out the yard drains before the winter rains. Of course! He is super and I’ll use him again for my plumbing needs. Thanks, Dan.

Last night about 7pm the drains backed up, 3 hours before an out-​of-​town guest was to arrive. Sewage was backing up in the toilets and the smell was really bad. We called the rooter guy we’ve used before, but he wouldn’t come out until this morning. I hopped on Google maps, typed in «rooter» near me and saw Speedy Rooter was the closest. Dan said he’d be here in 15 – 20 minutes and offered us his regular-​hours price for rooting out the drain in the front yard. Even though he ran into a couple problems, he didn’t charge extra. Even educated us in the type of pipe used in the neighborhood, why it’s deteriorating (we’re in an old neighborhood with huge trees) and different methods of fixing future, more serious, problems.
