The 57 Bar & Grill Restaurant is conveniently located inside the Holiday Inn & Suites Fullerton. The restaurant offers great nightly specials including $ 3 draft domestic beers $ 4 imported beers .50 cent hot wings, all you can eat taco Tuesday $ 4 margaritas, $ 3 Coronas, half price appetizers, garlic fries, fish and chips craft beers hand crafted cocktails. Our all-​suite hotel features contemporary décor and our suites have jacuzzi tubs or spa tubs. On the weekends the restaurant provides nightly acoustic music performances. Our cocktail lounge is open from Sunday-​Thursday: 5:00pm-10:00pm Friday & Saturday: 5:00pm-11:00pm and we offer a signature lemon drop on Saturdays in the lounge.

My name is Troy House, and I am the new Food and Beverage Director for the Holiday Inn & Suites in Fullerton. I was born in Long Beach, California and have resided in southern California for most of my life. My wife’s name is Katie, we have 2 dogs. A 4 year old Great Dane named «Heffy» and a 3 year old Boston Terrier named «Gimlet». We are expecting our first child, a boy, in early May and are very excited. My wife and I love the outdoors. We enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, biking, and visiting all the wonderful dog beaches Southern California has to offer. We also love spending as much time with our extended family as we can. We get together for BBQ’s, family bowling nights, and sailing on a regular basis.

I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. I started out as a bus boy in Newport Beach in the late 80’s. Within a few years and a lucky break I found myself bartending on an old refurbished paddle boat in the Newport Harbor. I’ve also worked in Huntington Beach,
