Many thanks to Scott Rice and the team at this location for professionally bailing me out of a major issue when we were visiting Ft. Wayne from NY this Christmas. We had a wheel bearing go bad and I walked into the store at 11 AM. By working their magic, they were able to secure a new part, drive to get it, and do the replacement by 4 PM despite the fact that the shop was already fully scheduled and it was a holiday! Service was exceptional and the pricing was more than fair considering the extra efforts they went through to accommodate us. I wish there was a Tuffy in Manhattan!
