Apparently there must be new management who leaves during the busiest time of lunch with only one employee working. Then doesn’t tell her there’s an online order. 30 mins later I’m still waiting. Unbelievable

Buyer beware, this location attempts to sell expired chips and bottled soda, be sure to read the label. With that in mind it makes me wonder what else is expired such as the meats, veggies, cheese and cookie dough. When you complain to corporate they avoid you at all cost, advise you that the franchise owner will contact you and they never do. Only when you keep complaining will the franchise owner actually attempt to make contact but, in my experience the owner lied and said in writing that they have tried to contact me which is not true. Buyer beware, it might be in your best interest to dine elsewhere.

Well of course it’s a chain. After all it’s a Subway and though all of their food products are cookie cutter same, this does seem to be one of the better in the Subway chain. This one is clean, no paper mess or straws littering the floor, the staff polite, unhurried and friendly but even though located in a strip mall doesn’t have that horrid strip mall location feel about it. Yes, it’s a simple bare bones basic place, somewhat bland in décor and appearance but seemingly, since it’s located within an older building, has a dash more character to it along with a tad less of that new sleek modernistic sterility. I was attracted her by their ad for a «Big Hot Pastrami Melt» and though I general avoid chain stores and fast food outlets, I have to confess that it turned out to be a pretty darn good sandwich and of course sold at an easy on the wallet price.

For fast food subs Subways are the best with fresh foods, wide choice of breads and additions. The service is fast paced and all the employees plus, I think he is, the franchise owner always welcome you with a smile. The place looks immaculate and someone is always cleaning something. Along with that comes a good, filling sandwich. This past month I have been eating their ‘special’ $ 5 foot long meatball with marinara sauce on toasted herb garlic bread adding cheddar cheese and onions – that plus a soda came to $ 7.10. I usually have their turkey, a different bread each time, no cheese but with tomatoes, onions and mustard plus the soda for about $ 8.14 I’m not into fast food as I like to sit and be served from beginning to end but I usually stop here after going to a movie matinée on Mondays at the Gateway Theatre and then walk home which makes for a pleasant afternoon. By the way they usually have coupons in the paper once a month making it even a better deal!
