Hooters

Been to lots of hooters. To this location several times. The food is always good. Service is excellent. And the girls always cute.

Worst customer service ever! The servers have this sense of entitlement that is ridiculous, there is no communication between the hostess and the outside area. Therefore no one knows what is going on. Speaking to the management was just a huge waste of time. The manager was just hearing what I was saying but not actually listening… Horrendous.

Located in the Seminole Hard Rock Casino Resort, Hooters is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. And to be honest, out of all the places to eat in the area it’s located in, it’s probably my go-​to.
Ok, so it’s not a place to go on a date, well, maybe it is depending… Who am I to judge?
Things I love:
1. It has a gift shop. It’s like Cracker Barrel for boobs
2. The waitress outfits haven’t been updated since their inception
3. The food!
I love their curly fries. Cooked just right and dipped in ranch. Ah, perfection. They have fried pickles here which I always get. Their chicken sandwich is bomb and of course– their wings!
People give this place flack because of the idea, but it’s a decent spot. It’s a fun time. You’ll laugh, you’ll gawk and you’ll leave satisfied (maybe in more ways than one).

Sat down at the bar and a roach ran across the bar. Manager gave me a 25% discount! Yuck and this was during the day…

The worst Hooters I’ve been to!!! I ordered buffalo shrimp and curly fries the kitchen never got my order out my husband finished his meal I ate my fries and had to cancel the buffalo shrimp. I was asked if I wanted anything else why would I I just ate a bowl of fries and my husband was finished. I mentioned it to the manager since I was not the only one waiting for shrimp the couple next to me had the same issue. He spoke with the the waitress never came back to excuse themselves and to top it off I had to ask another waiters for my check because my waiters never came back to show face. It was busy but it was a Saturday’s night they should be well prepared since it’s like this every Saturday no excuses!!!

Food is typical bar food.
Waitresses are beautiful but that’s it! I have gone to this location twice with the vow of never returning. We sat outside once and waited 15 minutes before we were asked for our drink order and the food wait was worse
We then say inside in hopes of a better experience, but nope basically the same thing.

Great place to visit, the food is good and the service is excellent. You can shop there and go to eat there.

Visited this hooters for the first time. We had a great experience. Loved the outdoor seating and view. Service was quick and food came out quickly too. The teriyaki wings were delicious and so was the ceaser salad. We went for a quick bite before the improv so we didn’t really get drinks or big meals. We went late afternoon so the place wasn’t too packed. They have TVs all over the place so they were playing the football games so it’s a perfect place to watch games if you go for that.
Wouldn’t mind coming here again :)

It has a good service and the tater tots are great, also a good place to watch sports games, the wings though are very greasy, too much fat in those little guys. Won’t eat hooters wings again… Not a good experience.

The food was awesome. The waiter BROOKE SUCKS AND WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CHANGE after looking for her for 10 minutes. I gave her the money to pay and she never came back to the table with the receipt or change.

Will start saying that we came in 30 min before closing… this has to be THE WORST Hooters
I’ve ever been to. Just a ghetto mess! We sat at the bar our food took Forever to come out (order wings, clams, buffalo shrimp, and fries) there was 3 of us. Clams was salty as hell, chicken was terrible. Staff was talking, yelling at each other about to fight! Every other word out their mouth was Ni&&@ this Ni&&@ that! A complete disgrace! We left our food at the counter and left no tip! None deserved

The worst Hooters I’ve been to. Used to be my favorite chain to go to, but now I just swore to myself to never go back.
Before I get into it, just eat at a nearby restaurant at the Hard Rock, but if you want their freezer burned food, do go.
First off, I guess our waitresses were fighting over tables and my guest and I were caught in the middle. We had one waitress first who took our drink order, then another came and was rude to the other one with a snarky attitude towards her and while the first waitress got our drinks, the new one wouldn’t take them, she just made them again in front of the first waitress. Like really? I don’t care about your drama, just take my order and go. Strike 1.
The food… I ordered an appetizer that never came, for the second time here. Strike 2.
My wings where pink and gooey on the inside and tasted OLD and FROZEN. The fries were crunchy but tasted like a freezer… so nasty. And I’m not even gonna get into my guests cheese quesadilla, dry and gross.

Great spot to go to if you’re at the hardrock. The staff is very friendly unlike other hooters restaurants that I’ve been to. I really enjoyed the view of the lake and the tropical long island iced tea :)

For a chain joint this one knows where it’s at! We’ve been here for multiple party times with family and friends and they know how to treat a group well!
The food comes out hot and quick and the beer stays cold all night! What more to ask for? The deserts are actually really great here too! Always enjoy stopping in when at the hard rock !

I was with a group of 3, and on a scavenger hunt at Hard Rock Casino with 4 other groups. One of our tasks was to get a group pic with two of the Hooters waitresses. Easy for us but not so much for other groups.
Apparently feeling exploited (oooh the irony!), Hooters started charging the other groups 5 bucks for a pic with their big breasted employees. C’mon man!
It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. It was good natured fun. But I guess the exploiter doesn’t like to be exploited.
Didn’t try the food. We had a time limit for our scavenger hunt and were on the move. I’m sure this Hooters food was as good (or bad) as any Hooters.

The service is a hit or miss, as well as the food. On a busy night, we had okay quality chicken wings– super greasy and dry, but when I went today– they were cooked perfectly. We went on a Wednesday night, it wasn’t busy at all– the girls in the front told us to sit down anywhere but didn’t follow up and send someone to serve us. We sat waiting for awhile until luckily a waitress spotted us.

We Love the great menu. We always ask for the same here wings, shrimps, crab legs and for sure beer. Yeah the great view of this Hooters in front the water is unique. If you want to enjoy your game sport and eat chicken wings these is the place to go. Excellent for eat your food outdoor

The WORST Hooters ever. Sat outside for 15 minutes. No service. Moved inside and had to ask to be helped. Then they screw up, wait for it, WINGS!
Find a different restaurant.

Solid experience all around. Got a table right away on the patio/​outdoor bar area. Service was very fast even though it was a busy Saturday night. Bar food was great as expected for a Hooters.
I wouldn’t hesitate going back when in the casino.

Hooters food is a greasy off tasting culinary insult. Boneless chicken wings!!! Really now! That alone must have the original Chicken Wing recipe creator, Teressa Bellissimo, rolling in her grave as well as the patrons of the Anchor Bar where Buffalo Chicken Wings were first served back in the early 1960’s laughing in hysterics.
I really haven’t been able to find anything on the Hooters menu here, with the possible exceptions of some of their signature cocktails to be worthy of even an average three star rating.
Basically, though located in a well appointed super organized facility, Hooters is a place best known for its attractive eye pleasing waitresses all uniformly dressed in orange mini short shorts… Hoot! Hoot!
Other than that and food wise, keep on walking.
