No stars. So frustrated and angry about this experience. My car was not ready at another location this location left my car in the parking lot unlocked my contract in it. Not only did they leave my car but then charge me for the fuel refill option that I always refuse — it’s on my preference list! When I call to rectify the situation he tried to convince me even as I was logged in online looking at my profile that I had selected just gas refuel purchase options and then acted like he was doing me a favor by removing the fuel purchase option… did I mention that the gas tank was empty when I receive the car? The car was filthy too.

I reserved a vehicle and paid online on ¼ for 1⁄18. Upon arrival to pickup the vehicle on 1/18, the office attendant stated they had ZERO vehicles in for me to rent! I could wait about 30 or so minutes for a small vehicle to return. Keep in mind I rented and paid for a mid size vehicle and this office had none. What was the purpose if placing a reservations if you all just rent all vehicles and not consider upcoming reservations. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER rent another vehicle from this location nor recommend. The other option would be to wait around to see what comes in… umm NOT, I place the reservations for 0800 for a purpose. We needed to get on the road and travel to NC and waiting was not an option. Needless to say, I cancelled and was received all monies back because of the circumstance. The professionalism of the attendant that day was so nonchalant and uncaring. Do not rent from this location. They literally screwed up my entire trip! Very disappointed. I would truly rate them NO stars, but that’s not an option.
