Denny’s

A little prejudice.
Service was a little rocky, but they have opened recently… I give them the benefit of the doubt.
I’m of a mixed race so my skin is a little darker than the friends I dined with.
When it was time to pay, two of my friends paid with debit cards… and with their bills being under $ 10, she explained that they did not need to sign or show identification.
When I reached the register she asked for my ID even though my bill was about $ 8.

Worst place ever… u wait for 10 minutes to get seated, then 20 mins to order. Food took 1hr. I think their agenda is to strive for worst reviewed restaurant in town… if there is any other restaurant that is open, go to it, avoid this place.

We waited 20 min for drinks, another 30 for silverware and more for our food. Food was bland. When we finally got silverware waitress stabbed me in the shoulder, the waitress spilt coffee on my mother in law, I would say she got burned but the coffee was cold. Pore service, awful. Not comming here again. No effort wad made by the waitress to make anything right.

Horrible customer service ever. We are from out of town and saw Denny’s and figured that it would be easy and fast since we are on a schedule.
We walked in and sat down to be seated. We waited 15 minutes while 3 servers made eye contact with me but said nothing. My daughter went to the counter to see if anyone would come over. The phone rang right next to her, the waitress came over answered the phone and then walked away. RUDE!!!
People started coming in and others needed to pay and no one was coming over. It was just a mess. Don’t eat here, it’s Denny’s, you can get this food anywhere, they should know that and at least be nice.
Try saying sorry we are so busy we will be right with you. I guess northern Cali is rude, not like where I’m from in the OC. Thanks.

Came in to grab breakfast with my family. After waiting for over 15 minutes before even being greeted I decided to take my business elsewhere. I 100% understand that people get busy, but that’s just awful customer service.

My family was visiting and thus was convenient place to eat with three children. Both for dinner and lunch there was no waiting to be seated. The service was a little slow but the food came out great.

When we entered Denny’s, there was a line to get seated. I got in line while my husband and kids sat down. For the three parties ahead of me, one of the host/​waiter acknowledged them and apologized for the wait.
When it was my turn, no one came over. I waited over 10min. My husband got upset and suggested we leave. Don’t know if the fact that I am Asian played a role in it. If it did, it’s pretty sad.
Dinner was not ruined. We ended up at Silver’s. Their clam chowder is really good!

Dumb me.
I left my bag behind on a busy Sunday morning at the Fort Bragg Dennys.
It wasn’t until I got home a hundred miles away that I noticed it was missing.
The staff kept it safe. Were super nice when I called and identified it right away.
Then were willing to help me make arrangements to have it shipped.
Then they DROVE IT to the fed ex office.
The staff was super efficient and super kind.
My bag is back, so a big thanks to Chico and Bob and who ever else helped. I am pleased and super grateful.

PS. The biscuits were especially good… and I have tried a lot of Dennys.

The other ratings aren’t very good so maybe we hit it on a good day. We had breakfast and the food is typical Dennys. OK but nothing to write home about. However the service was exceptional. Armando went out of his way to provide good service and the other server appeared to provide great service as well. Great service.

I love visit this place healthy food very clean nice people you should go try it I will come back here next time

Stayed at the Travelodge down the street so went to have a late dinner after we got checked in. Food was good and so was the service. No complaints here. Would eat there again if I was in the area.

This place is the worst Dennys I have ever visited. The people they have working there are rude. I called to do a Togo order to surprise my mom with breakfast and the lady on the phone told me she had only one Togo box left. Really Dennys what if you only ate half your food and wanted to take the rest with you? I said that was fine and placed my order when I got there ten minutes later to pick it up the lady told me she didn’t even have one box left. No sorry or anything .Just stay away from this place

Like everyone else has been saying, the service is absolutely awful. Waited almost an hour for our food, and then it was wrong, twice.

Where else can you go for dinner in Fort Bragg with a party of 7 and spend less than $ 100? No where, so we were stuck with Denny’s. Waitress seated us immediately and got our order down and food out quickly. Where she failed was talking with her friends who sat behind us. Two in my party waited 10 minutes for drink refills because the gabby minimum-​wage waitress wouldn’t shut up or acknowledge us. With discount, we spent $ 80.

We stayed at fort bragg on our way to Seattle. I was surprised to see the Unilocal reviews, which are either 1 or 4. This place had the fastest service we have ever experienced in Denny’s. The food is like Denny’s food as others. Grab a bite and go place

Wow, I’ve never felt sorry for a Denny’s before. But, there’s a first for everything. I saw all of the terrible reviews for this place and felt kind of bad. First of all, it’s Denny’s. Meaning that I came here with the lowest of expectations before even seeing the reviews. It was about 10 min to 9 pm on a sunday night when our movie got out. So, everything was closing at 9. We found Jenny’s giant burger on Unilocal.We decided to go there. When we pulled up we saw Denny’s and decided to go there instead because of the selection. Also, the Jenny’s looks pretty sketch at night. More so than the Denny’s. Which is saying a lot.
Our waitress was just a regular good ol’ Flo. She didn’t write down our order, but she didn’t screw it up either. When we sat down, we were checking in on Unilocal.We noticed all the terrible reviews. Some very recent ones saying «worst Denny’s ever» and a bunch of bad stuff. We were afraid for our lives because we had already ordered. So, we had a good laugh and hoped for the best. Sure, there were some homeless looking dudes on cell phones in one booth and another dude talking to himself in another. Being from LA… this is not unusual. And this is NOT the worst Denny’s. I guarantee I’ve been to worse. The food didn’t take long and it was actually good. We split a Super bird, a side of fruit and an order of fries. Nothing wrong with anything. It was by far the least greasy Super Bird I’ve ever had. I order that pretty much every time I go to Denny’s. And every time, it’s greasy as fuck. This one wasn’t. It was delicious. No complaints. The food was good, and the crowd was mildly amusing. She did take a long time to bring a glass of water and the check never came after we asked for it. We just went up to the counter and paid. No biggie, she apologized for forgetting. That caused it to be 4 stars instead of 5.

I know the other customers seem to review this Denny’s poorly. However, it is a Denny’s people. I go here for their 4 dollar menu. Did you know you can get 2 eggs, 2 bacon, with 2 pancakes, butter, syrup, for only 4 bucks? It costs me $ 6 because I budget in the tip. But that is a complete breakfast and is less expensive than McDonalds but with a real restaurant environment and service. Of course you can order so much more at Denny’s, but it worth the price and usually the waitresses/​waiters have been nice to me so I can’t complain.

I’d give — Minus stars if that were possible! Worse Denny’s experience ever and I Love Denny’s! Get a clue owners! Family Tourist customers are your mainstay! Hire some decent staff and managers! Restaurant not full but Waited & waited for table then food that arrived cold and not prepared as ordered. Then waited another hour for one party’s breakfast to finally arrive! No refills ever offered on drinks. We had to go find our own coffee refill & creamer from counter when we got desperate for a refill! Then when We paid bill they had the audacity to ask how much tip to add to bill. I politely told cashier no tip and to inform the manager we very dissatisfied with the terrible cold food & terrible service. Manager did not even bother to check in with me.
Huge Disappointment & won’t be back ever! ½ our party went across the street to Jenny giant Burger and the service and food was hands down better!
Take our advice & Skip this crappy Denny’s & grab a Jenny’s Giant Burger instead! Don’t waste your $$$.

This place is terrible… even for a Denny’s. We came in on a Tuesday morning. Half the restaurant was empty and staff was standing around yet the waiting area was full. We had three adults and two kids (7 and 9 years old) and they offered us two booths. What??? Who even thinks like that? We declined and were told we would have to wait because they didn’t have enough chairs to put five at a table. Hmmmm. Once we were seated we asked some questions on the menu and the waitress’ answer to all of them was, «ummm, I really don’t know.»
This place is seriously a joke!

Place is a joke. I came and it wasn’t even that busy and I still got shitty service. I asked for a coke and got only 3 ice cubes. No one asked how my food was until it was 75%gone and when they finally came back and I asked for Tabasco the lady looked at me crazy and said they have never carried that. Save your money and go across the street to giant burger.
