Loved it. After a very long day driving, we were so pleased to find this place. Sushi rolls were great and used proper crab, not the artificial crab stick one finds everywhere. The best part was that chef whipped up a lovely side of BokChoy, carrots and pea shoots w a perfect seasoning of lemon juice and salt and pepper. It’s hard when traveling cross country to find real food that is nutritious and delicious. But this ticked all the boxes. Server was charming and so was host. It was a real treat. Highly recommend.

For over 20 years I’ve been dining with the same family, the Boyd family. They have a truly authentic origin«Okinawa». Yeah– they know best, and that’s exactly what they serve Well done guys(or should I say raw) ;)

We were on a road trip from Denver to Los Angeles and decided to stop for food before we hit Utah. We were pleasantly surprised to find this place; we were skeptical on how traditional and fresh the food would be. The venue is very clean and pleasant. They have the cleanest pleasant bathroom I have ever seen. We had the ramen which was good but nowhere near traditional ramen. So in my opinion, it was a bit overpriced. The service was friendly and attentive.

My favorite sushi place on the Western Slope! Love getting the noodles, all different kinds of sushi, and this other bowl that I cannot remember for the life of me…

No coast, you never seize to amaze me! Tonight we went to the Fruita location for the first time to see what all the hype was about. Mica was our server, and needless to say she was extremely impressionable. She was consistent and courteous, had a great sense of humor and it was clear that her work ethic was nothing less than excellent. The food was delicious(KA, HIC, Dillion, and gluten free Rainbow Roll) and promptly served. 80 dollars later, we left with full tummies and a smile on our faces. Thank you, No Coast family and Mica for leaving a lasting impression! We will definitely be back.

This place was my first sushi experience and it was great. Prices for the food were reasonable but the last star is reserved for when they offer fountain sodas. The only drink with refills is tea. And the only sodas are izzies which I enjoy on occasion but are to pricey to order more that one every once in a while. I hope they put in a soda fountain soon

Well played No Coast! We came here about a year ago, not long after they opened and thought it was pretty darn good. Our visit today just reaffirmed they’ve got it dialed in all-around! Inventive rolls, fresh fish, generous wine pours, fair prices. And what they do with the purple rice?!? Fun and tasty, and more nutritious to boot. We will be back!

Overall a great experience! We were greeted politely and quick. Rolls were amazing as well as the service and sake. I really love the blood orange hot sake. YUM! We got the K.A., White Star, Rainbow, and Dillion rolls. The fish was fresh and delicious. No complaints here! This was our first time visiting NoCoast and we will definitely be back!

Five dollars for barely warm tea?! We are still hungry and wish we had not given the place a second try.(First time was right after they opened their Fruita location and the gas was turned off so they could not cook anything! We sat for two hours with the assurance that they would get it repaired). We ordered an appetizer and dinner each and miso soup. Just wish the $ 44. + we spent was more substantial. Waitress was very attentive and positive, and at first we were the only patrons on a Saturday night… now home and wishing we had a snack to watch the football game!

no, we are nowhere close to the ocean, but the food is totally fresh and legit and delicious. The service is excellent, never too much, never not enough. My favorite is the KA roll, which stands for Kick Ass, cause it does. The ramen is very good, the noodle dishes are DELICIOUS, all of it is good. The only thing i’ve had that lacked was the Gyoza, they were a bit dry on the inside, but other than that, everything is fantastic. definitely worth eating here, highly recommend. also, the No Coast in Junction is even more awesome, because of the cool vibe. i’m hoping the Fruita location gets the same vibe after they’ve been open a while.

Ate here a few nights ago. We ordered it to go. I had the poison ivy which was really super. I also had the coconut curry lobster. Couldn’t really detect the curry flavor and it was a bit underwhelming for 15 bucks. My brother had the surf and turf which he really enjoyed. The rice was purple, not sure what that was. We would probably go back again because you can’t eat every meal at hot tomato. :)

Not a fan… but I guess i should know better not to order sushi in a small town where there probably isn’t a sizable Japanese population. We ordered 2 rolls. One was fine and the other I couldn’t eat… something with cooked salmon on top and salsa. Ick. The miso soup was fresh and had good flavor but was only broth.

The ginger chicken ramen with a poached egg was so fabulous. I love the rice blend on the sushi! Freshest fish ever! So very yummy. Really friendly wait staff and cool restaurant. No Coast Fruita is a must.

We had the K. A, which was our favorite and the Trogdor. Sitting at the bar and watching the chefs is fun and the hospitality is excellent. Local beer and wine selection is great and there are a variety of cold and hot sake. We will definitely return.
