Amazing English toffee. AMAZING! Sweet, salty, buttery, crunchy, chocolaty little bites of heaven. Hyperbole? No, truth.
Yeah, this spot is pretty much off the beaten path, but we were driving thru and I really wanted to try the old fashioned candy store. I am eternally grateful that I did. I’m sure I will stop here every time I drive to/​from LA to Omaha.
They have a great selection of homemade candies and excellent ice creams. The star of the show really is the English toffee. I’m actually thinking of sending to people are Christmas presents, its that good.
On top of all of that, the girl behind the counter was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She told me the company is family owned and over 80 years old!
