Was looking for a motel which had three AAA rooms available, non-smoking all near each other on the first floor. Days Inn was able to accommodate us and give us a good rate. Despite all of the negative reviews, this hotel is a decent place to stay and no frills. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was satisfactory, front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, though we didn’t have many needs throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Basic place to stay which is what we were looking for. The suite we had was very large — family of five including two teenagers and a dog. Clean. Breakfast was basic but again this was fine for us. If you want a hot breakfast this will disappoint you though.

I don’t know what these other people are talking about. I enjoyed my time at Day’s Inn. I stayed a few days while my apartment was being renovated and I was well looked after by the staff, and the maids were friendly. Plus, it was the only place in town where I could keep my cat with me. I would go definitely back again.

Rooms are large but show wear and tear and are in serious need of some TLC. Relatively clean and accepts pets($ 10 per). Water pressure was lacking and the free continental breakfast looked like they got it second-hand(stale left-overs from the hotel next door). The hotel was seriously over-priced at $ 10 less than the neighboring Hampton Inn which appears to be much newer. I would not recommend this hotel. They get two stars because they accepted pets and I was simply too exhausted to drive – it’s fine in a pinch but otherwise keep moving.

I stayed here because I got to tired on 10÷6÷09 and stayed here because the Hampton Inn next door was full and I could not drive any more. Having stayed at the Hampton Inn next door on the way in to DC, I had a good baseline to compare this Days Inn. First off, this place is expensive for what you get. I paid $ 111 for the Hampton and $ 101 for the Days Inn. The difference is day and night. The beds were uncomfortable and the whole interior was cheap. Showers were dirty and funky. The breakfest was sparse and stale… Actually made me sick feeling. Save you money unless you can get the room for $ 40.
